Roman came out to help us with a leaking saddle valve that lead to our refrigerator water line. He arrived on time. Did a quick assessment, and a fair price was quoted. Very efficient repair that fixed the problem. Roman asked me to check the water line at the fridge and no water came out. He then pulled out the fridge, which was a Herculean task. He confirmed that there was water going to the fridge. He could’ve stopped there, but he kept trying to diagnose why water wasn’t coming out. He asked if the water filter was in place, and I said, no, it’s on the counter. He said, I think that’s your problem. Filter was placed back in the fridge, voilà: water. Roman really went the extra mile and was extremely pleasant to work with.

I’ve used Goodman for about 3 years now and always have a pleasant experience. Today, Zac replaced a 4” PVC pipe that had been leaking for a few months. He arrived promptly, is very professional, and finished the job in under 2 hours (including a trip for supplies!). I highly recommend Zac and the company and will certainly work with them again for future plumbing needs.

Nothing but good things to say about Goodman. Between Nick who talked me through a leak on Easter Sunday, Stan who diagnosed the problem and did the initial work to get the leak sorted and Roman and James who spent an entire weekend day replacing my water heater and expansion tank and resetting the entire system, great experience with everyone at this company. 1st was the call I made and spoke to customer service. I was thinking great start. The guy came out to give estimates and the price was reasonable. I needed my pipe replaced so I can was clothes. I swear in 30min I had new pipe, things cleaned up, paid by check, and signed the receipt. I am forever a customer if I had any plumbing problems. I told all my peeps we got a legit plumber now. I recommend them to any1. I told the plumber he was the truth. Straight business and no nonsense 💯. 💯 I love it. Great service

We have been using Goodman Plumbing for over 8 years. Every single visit we have had has been professional, competent and efficient. All of their plumbers have been knowledgeable and helpful. Recently, we had Bill S. come to help with a toilet tank and handle issue. Bill was very professional, took the time needed to diagnose and repair our toilet. What we like about Goodman is their follow through - if there is ever a part that needs to be ordered, they are up front about the needs and follow up as soon as they are able. I highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Goodman Plumbing. I called to make an appointment to have my water heater examined due to some noises it was making. Right away, the person who answered the phone was professional and courteous, and helped me make an appointment for a convenient time. When Sean arrived at my home, we discussed my concerns regarding the hot water heater, and came to the mutual conclusion that the best course of action was to replace it. I also asked Sean for estimates for replacing two water valves in my home. The entire experience was exceptional: not only was Sean courteous and professional, but he took the time to listen to my questions and concerns, and answered them with expert insight. That really put my mind at ease, and I found the estimate to be very fair. We scheduled the work to take place two days later.

On the day of the installation, I had the pleasure of meeting Tom. Like Sean, Tom was exceptionally courteous and professional, and answered all of my questions with the same care and insight. I am very impressed by the quality of the work they performed. From the bright copper pipe, to the neat and clean solder joints, it truly looks like a work of art.

Nick from Goodman was amazing! He showed up on time and fixed everything quickly and skillfully. He was really personable and talked us through what he was doing and how to proceed in the future. The price was fair and his service was fantastic.
