Called on a Sunday morning and came within a hour. Had an issue with the HVAC responding to the thermostat. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend

Had an issue with my heating not working properly. Daniels came out within an hour on a sunday. Diagnosed and fixed the problem in no time. Professional, informative, and a reasonable cost.

Very helpful. Gave me some free advice over the phone for what he felt was the problem and how I could fix it myself without having to spend a bunch of additional money. He could have charged me several hundred dollars like others would to make an easy repair. Much appreciate the help, and I recommend this honest guy.

When I called to inquire about services, the person who answered was a bit unprofessional. I chose not to go with this company. The cost was the most expensive as well compared to other companies I looked at.

Update: The cost was not the main issue. That was on top of the rudeness of the person who answered the phone. Im not looking for a free ride. First impressions are everything when you're doing business.

Wrong diagnostic. He is a really nice guy but his diagnostic was incorrect and was going to cost me $4-10K. I was told that some other part, control board, is broken and obsolete. Turned out the board that was diagnosed as broken was working just fine and wasn't getting power from broken transformer.

EDIT - I hired another contractor only to find out that my system just had a bad transformer, and we got it working by replacing a $40 transformer, and using the old board. Didn't have to put in any part myself.

This was our first issue with our A/C, and this family operation was SO lovely to work with. Excellent customer service, diagnosed our issue, fair price for diagnosis and fix. Will definitely use again for any issues in the future.

Barely listened to what I needed and immediately gave me an astronomical quote, reasoning that it was much lower than a previous job he had done. Lost a potential customer like he couldn't care less. Sounds like all of the slimy salesman contractors with criminal backgrounds that take advantage of clients in any way they can. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone even if he were the only option.

My technician was clean, courteous, and on time!! Completed my repair in a timely manner. Daniels HVAC comes highly recommend by me!!

Nate is a fantastic guy and takes pride in his work. I first met him 13 years ago when I was just starting in the business and he was very helpful to me sharing his knowledge and experience.
