The service is definitely five stars to start off with they were on time and didn't have me waiting around all day. The gentleman Mitch W. was super kind. We were having some sewer problems in the basement he even made sure when I flushed the toilet a few times but everything would be good after he was gone. I would definitely recommend the company as well as the same gentleman Mitch W. For my family and friends. 10/10.

Kevin replaced our intake/outtake and backflow as well as some leaky nozzles in our basement within 2 hours. Kevin was really nice, very quick, and made sure we were getting exactly what we needed. Thank you Kevin for making this process so easy!

Had the pleasure of meeting Ian this morning. I called McVay yesterday for a leaking outdoor spigot. I spoke to Ben, who set up an appointment for this morning. Ian called 30 minutes before he arrived and he was on time. He quoted me a price before starting the job. He worked efficiently and had the new faucet handle on in a timely manner. I am happy with the new quarter turn handle he put on my spigot. I would recommend McVay plumbing, although I do feel the $89 travel fee is a bit steep from penn hills to Monroeville.

Kelsey and Adam repaired my water valves under the sink and installed a new dishwasher. Their work was excellent and they were very pleasant to deal with! I will make McVay my plumber of choice.

I am very satisfied with the promptness, professionalism and quality of work from this company, especially from Ian and Randy who were the technicians who serviced my home. Water wasn't flowing into the toilet tanks and in one sink. This problem happened overnight. Both men quickly diagnosed the problem due to a faulty shut-off valve underneath the toilets and sink. Within 20 minutes they diagnosed and fixed the problem. The price was very reasonable and I am so grateful for the quick response by McVay plumbing company.

Called McVay Plumbing today due to a leaking toilet. Kelsey came out and diagnosed the problem. She was very friendly and efficient. She explained everything she did to correct our problem. Devin was also very pleasant and helpful. He helped out with the jet machine. Both employees were very professional and did a great job. Kelsey did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I would definitely recommend them.

We had a pipe leak at our basement. McVay gave me an appointment within 48hr, and Mitchell W came in to check it out. Very polite and professional guy. He fixed our problem really quick (phew....). Very nice to work with and respectful of our property. Thank you very much.
