McVay installed an outdoor spigot for our family, Kevin did a wonderful job. They were able to get us in a whole day early, installed, and explained how to use the spigot. Kevin worked very quickly, was neat, organized, and pleasant. Thanks again!

Originally placed a call to Mister Sewer about a slowly draining/backed up laundry tub. They kindly informed me that my issue would be best handled by their partner company McVAY Plumbing. The receptionist took my info and even placed the call to McVAY for me! To my surprise, I received a call appx. 1.5hr later from Kelsey stating that she would be arriving within the next 20 minutes!

Kelsey thoroughly reviewed what may be our issue and within an hour had our laundry sink back in working order! She was honest and did not try to pull any unnecessary work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND McVAY ESPECIALLY KELSEY! Thank you =)

Needed a dye test to sell the house and they were recommended by a friend. On the day, Mitch W phoned to let me know he would be here in 15 minutes. 15 minutes later, he arrived. He and the man from the council told me what they would do, what they needed, how long they'd be - and were polite and friendly with it. They took as long as they said they would and it cost what they said it would. If I was staying, I'd definitely have them as my go-to.

I understand the hesitation to call a plumbing service, especially when the situation dictates a faster response. You feel like you have zero control in what is happening and your distress may be taken advantage of. We've all heard horror stories or have had personal experience of paying a contractor half up front and never coming back or just accepting their assessment of the situation because you need their services.
None of these are reflective of my experience with McVay. Devin showed up within the time window that was scheduled, was kind and listened to my story of the situation. He entered my basement and what seemed to be just seconds had created a map of all the pipes in my basement in his brain. He had his equipment set and and running in minutes and was diligent about finding the issue. He kept me in the loop as to what he was seeing and made the effort to solve the problem. I believe others would have stopped at the initial distance and pushed a more expensive service and had to return later.
Devin completed the job and gave his seal of approval after clearing over a hundred feet. He was clear in the fees for his services and the additional maintenance service he would recommend for my aging pipes.
Super happy, super confident and i believe great value for my money. Especially since his expertise and skills were so valuable. On a side note.... while Devin was actively working on my issue he was guiding newer plumber over the phone and didn't miss a beat.

Mcvay sent a young man named Kevin to my house this week. He provided pleasant, friendly and excellent service. Several years ago another company told me I needed something done that cost $6,000. I called Mcvay for a second opinion and they saved me thousands of dollars. I have found them to be very honest.

Mike G came over to do an AC check. He wore shoe covers every time he came in the house. Such a kind respectful and very knowledgeable young man and was very thorough. I will be using this company in the future!!

My favorite thing about dealing with McVay/Arendosh was that they showed up when they said they would! Very responsive and on time. Brandon and Dan installed our new air conditioning unit and did a fantastic job. Very professional and friendly! Thank you! We will for sure use them again for our next plumbing, heating or cooling needs.

This review is for Kevin, he came today and hooked up a water line for our new Fridge and new kitchen we are having done. Also put in a shut off Valve in the basement and put in a new Faucet today. He. Was very nice and helpful about things we didn't even know we needed. He was very Knowledgeable and I will be calling in the future.

This was our second time using McVay for a major plumbing job. The first time was our previous residence, this one our current. We have been absolutely satisfied with the quality of their work. Nick, Mike, Nic and Mark excavated and replaced all our drainage pipes under our house. The crew was professional, knowledgeable and considerate of our needs and concerns. The work was completed a day early and the cost was substantially less than a major competitor’s quote. We highly recommend McVay and they will be our first call for any other major plumbing needs.
