Mike was very personable and knowledgeable. I learned some things about my air conditioning system that I needed to know. He informed me of other services available but was not pushy. It was a very good service experience!

Mitch W. Was our service provider. He was timely, courteous, professional, and personable. He diagnosed our problem quickly and also explained everything to us in easy to understand terms. His fix was quick and he cleaned up after himself. Definitely recommend McVay for all your needs and will be utilizing this company again for all our plumbing needs.

Kevin came to install a new toilet for us - he was absolutely wonderful to work with! Called 20-30 minutes before arriving, was quick to install, and cleaned up the work area before leaving. McVay also got us in quickly when we needed our new toilet installed. I would recommend McVay and will be using them in the future!

Mike was super professional and knowledgeable about the issues with our furnaces. He took the time to explain the issues to us and was very thorough in fixing the issues. I am a repeat customer of McVAY Plumbing. Ian S. was the tech that I was expecting to address my current issues. Ian called to give me a time he would arrive, he was prompt, professional and explained the procedures involved. He was able to handle one of my issues and then gave me quotes for two choices for additional work needed. He took time to fully explain the choices, did not push me for a decision and advised me to contact his office once I had time to think about the work. I found him to be professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you Ian!

My A/C unit was not blowing any cold air and was getting super hot inside the house. Called multiple companies and got no response or delayed reponse. I called McVay up and They came like an hour or so later. Once the technician arrived, they did a deep dive into the unit to find the issue. After about 20 minutes, they found the issue and had it resolved. The tech also informed me about other issues that I may face down the line and what to be prepared for. I cannot stress my gratitude enough for Mike G. and McVay for coming out and getting it fixed. Will be calling them back for sure for any issues I may have.

So grateful to Adam and Kelsey who came out to our house late on a Friday night when no one else would take our call and removed a raccoon from our sewer vent. It was an unpleasant job to say the least and they were so professional and kind. Their work was prompt and efficient and we are so grateful! Thanks, Kelsey & Adam!

Kevin came out to help me with a leak in my interior copper water line today. We are renovating a kitchen and Jordan and his team from McVay Plumbing had previously come out to do major sewer replacement work and did a great job. Kevin followed that up today by answering all my questions about pipe options and was able to complete a slightly larger replacement that I wanted so I could have greater peace of mind I would not have to deal with more leaks from that old piping. Very patient and professional service.

I needed sewer repair. Jordan and Chris were both professional and personable. They were patient with all my questions and explained everything they were doing. I was very pleased with their service and the price was less than other estimates. I would definitely use this company again in the future.
