This was my first experience with them. They responded quickly to my inquiry and communicated well. Only had maintenance done so I can not attest to their HVAC installation.

We have had these guys for 25 years they installed a new geothermal system for us and have taken care of it since. They are always on time professional and very knowledgeable I would have no one else I highly recommend K-Wood for HVAC

All techs are very knowledgeable and competent. Complete confidence in their work. KWood did the original install for us and also perform the yearly routine maintenance.

I have a split system geothermal and it has been quite a challenge to find somebody that is knowledgeable and able to trust them. Jeremy not only that he showed up on time, but he was able to answer all the many questions we asked, making sure that our concerns were addressed. Extremely professional and he actually used math not his gut feeling! Very pleased about this experience!!! Many thanks Jeremy!!!

Developed a spraying leak in the hot water line. I called they asked for some pictures which I sent and they had someone there by lunch even though they had a full schedule for the day. Thanks K-Wood for saving the day!
