Bruce saved the day... and my pipes and my house! 😆 When my heat broke I called Bruce based on my neighbors suggestion. He was at my house within the hour diagnosing the problem. I have had three other technicians at my house within the past year for major fixes and none of them were as professional, personable and hardworking as Bruce. As a woman who is newer to homeownership I never felt looked down on or pressured to pay for unnecessary things. Bruce was straightforward and took the time to explain what was wrong and how he planned to fix it. The day the part came in, is the same day he fixed my heat. I will 100% be using this company for my future HVAC needs!
