When looking for a company to supply a new heat pump, I chose New Holland HVAC based on a strong recommendation from a neighbor. I was definitely not disappointed. New Holland's installation was thoughtfully planned and executed efficiently with attention to detail. They were responsive to my questions, adjusting their plans accordingly .

Our new system has performed significantly better than our old one, and I am looking forward to continued excellent service from New Holland HVAC over the coming years.

I had previously used them while working on an addition to my house. Bruce and Rob were very friendly and professional. They had given me two choices with different prices and gone over the benefits and installation process and I was beyond happy with the results. Last week my furnace was having issues and they were able to fit me in the next day and thankfully had the parts needed stocked so I didn’t have to wait for them to be ordered. I love the small business touch you get with this team. After they fixed my furnace he sent me photos of everything done and he even reprogrammed my thermostat to where it was set previously

New Holland Heating and Air installed a mini split system in the first floor of my house. They paid attention to our needs and budget limitations to find the best solution. The company offers a variety of systems and equipment, meaning the options can be tailored perfectly for the application. Scheduling was flexible, and they always arrived on time. A gem of a business, and the personnel are a pleasure to work with. They are the team I will rely on for the foreseeable future.

NH HVAC has always provided prompt and reliable service. They have always been honest, straight forward and trustworthy in their diagnosis and repair/maintenance recommendations. I would recommend their services if in need of HVAC repair/maintenance.

We had no heat in the morning and I googled repair services in our area. I read the reviews and decided to give them a call. They said they would be able to come out at 10:00. They were there at 9:50. They didn’t have the part so they had to go to downingtown to get the part to fix our furnace. He said he would be back at 3:30. He was there at 3:30 and had our furnace running in 1/2 an hour. I highly recommend their services.

He arrived on time, explained everything he was doing, covered his shoes when he came in the house, checked out the furnace. Made recommendations on the hvac system so we would not have to make an emergency repair. Will definitely use again.

Rob, one of the owners of the company came out and was super helpful. His knowledge and professionalism exceeded any expectations I had. The quality of work performed was top notch and the work was done quickly on time and under budget. Will be using them again and recommending to anyone.

Very courteous and excellent customer service. My tech was named Rob and he walked through all my options of what I could expect with either refurbishing or replacing my system. I will definitely use their services again to keep my system running, excellent work guys!
