Called them up because my tub diverter wasn’t working. When turned it would have some water coming out of the tub spout and not fully out of shower head.

They installed new valves however the plumber couldn’t remove the valve for the diverter. He gave up and that was it.

New spouts and a diverter that still doesn’t work. $500 for 1.5 hours. Give me a break. If he would’ve suggested another fix I would’ve probably have been on board.

Really odd and unprofessional.

Gans Plumbing installed a new furnace and air conditioner for us two or three years ago, and did a great job. Now, whenever something plumbing-related goes wrong, they get the call. Always friendly, responsive and capable.

We had an issue with a clogged drain and the nature of it (yes, I tried to fix it first) made me think it was major. So I went on the Internet and read the reviews of Havertown plumbers and selected Gans, and I'm so glad I did! John came out and did some troubleshooting and found that the clog was way down the sewer line and called for help. At that point I was really worried (if you have ever had to replace a sewer line you know what I mean - $$$). I didn't catch the other plumber's name, but they got to work and found clog and cleared it in a short amount of time - they did exactly what was needed and did it fast. John is a great plumber and I want to thank him one more time.

I don't usually write these reviews, but that's how I found these hard-working, honest professionals and so I'm paying it forward. For the severity of this problem I thought the charges were very reasonable and I highly recommend Gans!

The response time was fast. A plumber came to clamp the pipe, for a short term fix. They installed a new sewer pipe, and were very professional as well as friendly. The job was done well, and I will defintely call Charles again, for plumbing work.

They were recommended to me by a neighbor and thank God I called them. They provided central air in this old house in Havertown.They have built the bathroom, and fixed a couple of leaks along the way! If there were six stars available to rate I would've given them six! I read the other reviews and I'm not sure what's going on with Adam below but that cannot be accurate! I know for a fact they do all of Sacred Heart's work here in Havertown and now all the work at Narberth Presbyterian Church in Narberth. Everyone is in love with Gans plumbing. :-)

We woke up to a gas leak in our house and within an hour of calling Gans they had someone out to fix the problem. I would definielty use them again they were fast, reliable, and very nice.

Someone is using Gans phone number to make scam calls regarding Amazon purchases. Charles Gans was on my caller ID and also when I dialed *69. Why is this happening?.?

They were very nice. I went over there to return a flashlight that one of their men left at my home more than a month earlier. I wanted to make sure that I got it back to him.

I first used Gans at the recommendation of a neighbor, and have used them several times since. They are prompt, reasonable, and responsive.
