TJ's Plumbing & Heating of Erie

This company takes advantage of elderly people. Had a hot water tank put in. They didn't put on the tall stack that was asked for. They said it would be ok with the one they put on it was not even close to being high enough. Had to have another company come put on the high stack so the pilot would stay lit. When she called to tell them about the pilot light they said they would come light it but there would be a service charge. They already changed her 200.00 an hour labor for putting in the tank and the new stack. Would not recommend this company to anyone. This was done to an 80 yr. Old lady. Shameful.

We had a bit of an emergency when our hot water tank decided to blow it's bottom out and leak all over the cellar. I called a few places close to where we live and one could not help till the following week. One could come that day but they were not sure and if it was after closing time, it would be time and a half to pay. TJ's called back about 10 minutes after my original call and said they were on the way. We had a new water heater installed with new shutoff valves and updated gas lines installed within 2 1/2 hours! These guys saved the day. Definitely have earned a returning customer here, anytime, anywhere, anyplace!! Thanks guys!!!

I had an issue with a third floor bathroom leaking into a second floor bathroom. TJ's Plumbing and Heating fit me into their schedule the same day the leak was identified. Their team was incredibly professional and quickly diagnosed the issue. They also described the issue to me in a way that was very clear and easy for me to understand as the homeowner.

Awesome customer service, we called TJ's plumbing services and they were here ASAP.
Travis and Dan were curtious and very professional, they repaired are drain system and had us up and running in no time!

We used TJS to install a gas line in our finished basement of our new home! Tiffany who took the call was easy to work with and professional over the phone we were anxious to get the job done ASAP. They came over the same day! Kevin came over first to go over the job and wrote up the quote! He was very informative and professional! Matt came over with a few other guys for the installation. My basement drain backed up at night and Nick and Ryan were here the next morning. They had it fixed in no time. I’ve used them before. Always Friendly and professional.

A water pipe to my kitchen sprung a leak. The leak was fixed. The replacement pipe blocks me from opening my basement window. The bill wasn't itemized so I'm not sure what part of it was unusually expensive - the parts or labor. I paid a half hour of overtime. The plumber's casual pace led me to think he would finish without overtime, until he didn't.

Veronica & Zach came to relight my pilot on hot water tank. They were here very quickly and very friendly. Thank you to Tj's for such wonderful service

I called at 10am, they were here to make the repair by 1pm and finished and cleaned up by 2pm. I was amazed by the quick response. Definitely my go to plumbing business

I walked into my basement around 11:30 pm on a Saturday night to find it flooded with water. I called TJs Plumbing around midnight and their answering service answered right away. She took my info and told me that the on-call plumber would be calling me within 20 minutes. 15 minutes later, my phone rang and it was Zack. He told me it was probably a backed up sewer line and that he could be out to fix it in a little while if I wanted him to.
By this time, it was midnight on a Saturday. Just to set my mind at ease, I decided to have him come out, just to ease my mind and not have to wake up the next morning to a basement full of water.
Zack arrived with his partner Dane within the next 20 minutes. These guys took a look around, asked a few questions and got right to work trying to fix the problem. What a relief it was to know that these guys had my back and were doing all they could to help me out of this horrible predicament I was in.
Some time later, after lots of snaking and drilling noises, I watched all the water begin to go down the basement drain. What a relief it was to know they had found the problem and fixed it.
