TJ's Plumbing & Heating of Erie

TJ's installed a new furnace and ac in our home. Had a few concerns after the initial installation but the supervisor was very responsive and came over the next day to make sure everything was done correctly. Did a good job explaining everything that was done and why. Appreciate the effort they took to check the job and make sure it was done to our satisfaction.

They got the job done in a professional manner.

They really did a tremendous job! I called for a toilet repair and they figured out that it was way more than just that. They redone my whole bathroom floor( which was a huge job!) due to water damage from my toilet. They’re very courteous, polite, and punctual! I would highly recommend them and wouldn’t call anyone else! They work really hard and the four men I met were nothing short of amazing!

Furnace stopped working in 20 degree weather. First time I ever called their company. Matt Showed up with in 1 hour. Amazing! I found a company who knows what great service means. Thanks Matt and TJ’s for the great service

These guys where at my house for a total of 40 minutes 30 of which they sat in their van. After deciding I didn’t want their service they charged me 125$. I won’t be calling them back. Edit: the owner called to harass me after he read and didn’t like my review. Then proceeded to walk into a room with so much background noise as to drowned me out where he kept acting like he couldn’t hear me. The rudeness was unbelievable.

Mobile park where I live is using this company, they seem to on top of their project and residents needs.

I recently used TJ’s to service my central air unit. During the clean and check they discovered the not even 4 year old unit needed freon-possibly due to lack of valves being tightened from prior company who installed/serviced unit. A few days after the check I discovered the thermostat was climbing when using the A/C therefore causing the unit to run 6+ hours/day to cool down my home. Thinking it was a faulty thermostat (which was under warranty through the original installer) i called the original installer who wouldn’t even look at it for less than $120. Called TJ’s and explained my issues and they agreed to send someone over to take a look. During that time the gentleman found countless issues with my system due to the installation from original company-the unit was set for a 3 ton A/C when i only had a 2 ton system, the wiring from furnace to thermostat wasn’t properly done, fan speed wasn’t set correctly, etc. Hats off to TJ’s for making it right and going out of their way to fix issues that weren’t even their problem-they put the customer first at their expense and I am truly grateful! For the first time in 4 years my system is working the way it should! I would recommend TJ’s to anyone! Thanks again!

Last night my furnace decided it wasn't gonna work anymore. Woke up in was pretty darn cold in the house. I called another place who came out, and looked it over, not telling me that they were gonna charge me after they did the looking. (That would have been nice to know up front, but that's my problem with the other company.)

I called TJ's Plumbing, they got a guy out here within two hours. He told me what was wrong, did all of the work, and made sure it was done right.

The prices were reasonable. The people were pleasant to deal with. The tech was very nice and respectful. Now we have heat!

I would recommend them to anyone.
