We called TJ's plumbing because of a drain backup in our basement. They arrived at our house in less than an hour and had the drain unplugged and working in no time. Nick and Bill were great....very professional and knowledgeable of their job. This company will definitely be my new go to for plumbing needs. Thank you

TJs plumbing showed up within an hour after I called. They made our situation a priority due to the not being able to flush any toilet or even use the sink drains. They were professional, kind & very affordable. They took the time to get the job done and correctly. I will absolutely use TJs in the future if needed. Thank you!

After a dreadful experience with trying to get a quote from another contractor for some work I need to have done as a poor widow who just lost her husband for Valentine's Day 2023 after 20 years of marriage, I was afraid to call anyone when my toilet (original one that came with our 100+ year old house) finally gave up the ghost. But I worked up the courage and called TJ's and got a prompt response and an upfront estimate from technicians Nick and Dan when they arrived. They not only did a good job with replacing the toilet, they also treated me like a person whose needs mattered (i.e., they have an empathy chip—something most people are lacking). They treated me just as well and the job with just as much care as if I were somebody who's rich, successful and important living in a fancy home out in Frontier or Glenwood Heights, instead of being only a poor older widow who just lost her husband, who hasn't been fortunate in life. Being treated well, having quality work done, being respected and being dealt with honestly by being given a prompt estimate for the future project of a tankless HW heater that's reasonable matters a lot to me. Especially the empathy and decent treatment part. I'd rather pay someone who was average in skill but big in the empathy and consideration department than someone who's a genius but an inconsiderate callous jerk. After National Fuel comes in 6-8 weeks to install the gas meter and issue new service for me, I plan on using TJ's (hopefully I'll get Nick and Dan again—they were very nice and I'd prefer them!) for two future projects—a tankless HW heater install to replace the defunct 40 gal tank that's as old as me (I'm 55), which Nick got an estimate for me already and the price is reasonable, and a gas fireplace with a direct vent to replace my pellet stove. I would definitely reccommend TJ's Plumbing & Heating to others.

We had a sump pump installed. The work done was very clean and professional. Willy and hunter came to follow up with the work done and were extremely professional.

We had a leak in the water line to our ice maker last night - Friday after hours. The woman who answered my call was very nice and assured me a plumber would be there in short order. He was at my home within 30 minutes or so and was professional and did the work quickly. We were very pleased and would use TJs again.

As a landlord, I have been using TJ Plumbing services in the last few years for several properties in Erie Pa. Best priced and always experianced profesional approach to a costumer.

We had a Saturday morning problem, and the staff from TJ's got here pretty quick. The problem was bigger than it first appeared, and the crew was back on Monday morning to start work. I can't tell you how happy we are with the finished project. The plumbers were professional yet friendly. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I felt the contract price was fair. We've had terrible experiences with two other local plumbing contractors. I won't call anybody else but TJ's from now on.

We discovered a small leak in our water line over the weekend that sent a fair amount of water into our basement. I contacted TJ's first thing Monday morning, around 8:30, they called back within 30 minutes and had a plumber at my house by 10am. Nick was professional and polite(introduced himself and shook my hand at the door), wore shoe coverings while in my home, and handled the repairs very quickly to get our water back on line. Would highly recommend TJ's service.

I had a great experience with TJs! They showed up two hours after I called and fixed my problem within 45 mins. The technicians were friendly amd very professional. I won't hesitate to call them again when needed!

Willie was honest and straightforward. I would ask for him specifically if I ever need their service in the future.
