GREAT SERVICE...My furnace went out while I was at work. Came home at 7:30 pm & it was 20 degrees out. Call 5 different companies with no response.!! Then I reached a live person at TJ’s. Service man was courteous & had my heat on in 20 minutes!! Highly recommend!!

I had a brand new furnace and AC installed and the technician wired the units incorrectly that I had to have several service calls since the initial installation to correct the issues. When my AC was charged by a technician he discovered the problems with the units, disconnect parts and then left the job unfinished and gave me major attitude. I was told by the technician and another person who works in the office to call a different heating and cooling company. Nothing like giving business away! I didn't pay good money for poor workmanship and bad attitudes. I will never call TJ's again!

They are prompt and efficient. Their work is good.

These guys are AWESOME in an emergency. Our basement flooded due to a pipe blockage. We called after hours and they answered right away and were at our house within an hour. They were very professional and knowlegable about the problem and were able to get us cleaned up and back to working by the next morning. They also used a camera to determine the problem and gave us advice for avoiding future problems. If you're looking for a plumber you can trust, call these guys.

I had some issues and called them after hours. They made plans to come early the next day. Gave me a window of time but showed up way before that. They were super nice and professional. I will most definitely use these guys again. The women who answered the phone and contacted me was also super professional and nice. Thank you so much.

Nick has always done a great job everytime he is called out to our park, he is always very professional!!!

Great job! Fast and courteous. Grea workers. The workman told me each day what they were going to accomplish and they were right on! My new bathroom is so beautiful I show it to everyone who enters my home. Did I say the workers were terrific ! They were,,,, * * * * *************

This is the second time I had this company here. 2 mistakes by me. I had 2 free service hours because they botched putting in my water softener the first time. I had a leaky toilet and the flange and a wax ring had to be replaced. $275 for the job. Outrageous.

I went into the basement to find my basement full of water. I called a plumbing company. They said "they could not get to the problem by snaking it and they would have to dig. Panic came about thinking of the cost & I didn't feel they were being honest. I felt like they was trying to make some extra money off me. I called Tj's plumbing. I explained my problem to the young lady that answered the phone. When they arrived they was courteous & professional. After asking me a few questions, they went to the basement & look it over. Long story short. they went in the basement came back up 30 minutes later and said " we got it". I said are you sure? They said ( with confidence) " it is fine ma'am:. I was so HAPPY! Words can't express how pleased I am with TJ'S PLUMBING & I WILL USE THEM IN THE FUTURE IF I HAVE TO & also recommend to others. There is still HONEST companies out there.
