The team at Perfect Degree HVAC is nothing short of amazing! Mark went out of his way to answer all my questions and design my new system with all may wants and needs. The installation team was quick and professional. The install was amazing, and they removed all the old equipment and my basement was cleaner then before they started. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a good team with good value and someone that treats the customer great! The perfect in the name describes the work they do!

Mark is a good communicator. He took the time to fully explain what he was doing and why. He did a full inspection of the system and checked supply and return points to ensure the system was working properly. He gave recommendations and didn’t pressure or attempt to up-sell unneeded services. I’m happy with Perfect Degree and can recommend them for your HVAC needs.

My furnace and AC unit was 28 years old and I had some problems, so I looked for some estimates on a new unit. I had gotten 3 estimates and Perfect Degree was the one I chose. Jim came over and pointed out all the problems on the current unit I had installed and gave me choices to pick from on the new units. There was no pressure on what I should get, just honest answers on how it should work. I always got an answer when I called and friendly, not at all pressuring. They finished my furnace and AC unit in a day and a half. Absolutely looks awesome, Jim, Mark, Sean and Jerry did a great job on everything. Would I use them again, YES! You won’t be discouraged worrying about a shabby job by some installers, these guys were on time, professional, great price, great communication and no mess at all. My AC unit which was installed less than 3 years ago malfunctioned. I called the company that installed the unit only to be given a date in June, eight weeks from now. A friend recommended Perfect Degree HVAC. Perfect Degree arrived the day after I called, at the time I was told they would be there. Mark found the problem, two wires touching one another which caused a short. He sent me the video of the problem The repair was made. I am thrilled with the communication, response and timely repair. Perfect Degree HVAC will be my go to guys from here on in!

Have had great experiences with Perfect Degree HVAC! My husband and I moved into a home with boiler heat which we were unaccustomed to, scheduled an appointment with Mark for a boiler 101 and tune-up and he was fantastic! Very thoroughly explained everything about our heating system and described the entire tune-up process as well! His team also did super prompt work on a newer HVAC split unit that was on the fritz. And during one of the colder days of last year, the heat stopped. Perfect Degree was incredibly quick with their response and John was out here in no time with a fix! Great company that we’ll 100% be using for all of our future HVAC needs!

From start to finish, Mark and his crew were fantastic. Mark walked walked me through all the details on the system he wanted to install educating me on how the system would work and why it was best for my home. On the date of install, Marks crew was on time and respectful of my home. After completing the work in given time, Mark explained how to run the system and complete some basic maintenance. Great job all around.
