The guys (one was Dave) that came for service did a great job of troubleshooting and were very friendly.

However, I'm discouraged that I have to pay an hourly rate for travel to get them there considering they installed my unit. I would think that shouldn't be the case if they installed the system, but do that for new customers who didn't use them for tbe install.

I would rate the techs a 5, but the paying for travel a 2. I'm going to settle for a 3 overall.

Boyers' installed my Geo-Thermal about three years ago. I really like the system, what an improvement over oil heat. We have had some issues with this system concerning lockouts due to air. Boyer has responded in a timely manner and have always resolved the issue. Their personnel have always been friendly and courteous. They have honored the warranty throughout this whole time period. I have no problem recommending them to anyone at this time. GDW

Not happy with a new technician every time a service is needed. It seems as though the younger guys really don't have clue as to what they are doing compared to the experienced older ones. Having the same technician would be beneficial for the customers and the tech would be very familiar with the same houses. Its very frustrating repeating the problem more than once to different tech guys. Not every tech even covers their shoes when entering the house. Some are not very personable either.

Installed some refrigerant. Joe was very helpful in explaining how our system works. He was very professional and wore booties to keep the house clean.

I changed my own filter which seems to have been the problem.

I have been working with Boyers since I moved to the area four years ago for both commercial and residential applications. They have assisted me through four new installs spanning four different system types oil/air, gas/air, heat pump/AC and electric mini split plus they service all my systems which encompasses many more variations. I have had some dealings with competitors by proxy of purchasing buildings where existing service contracts where in place however each time I quickly called Boyers to repair the situation. Scott and the sales team have been phenomenal teaching me the in's and out's of systems and attachments so I can make an informed decision each and every time. The billing department has always been cheerful and easy to work with. I have had dealings with at least five of their techs because they have specialists for each system (which is how it should be) I find them extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy and always break down any area I'm not familiar with so I know whats going on. You can't go wrong giving them a chance to service your needs.

Excellent! experience! David L. knew exactly what was wrong with my Weil McLain furnace. I will recommend him to everyone.
He said my furnace was so messed up it was a wonder it ran. I am so thankful finally someone knew what was wrong with my furnace. I will definitely get him again and ask for him to work on it again! He did a great job! They didn't charge me an arm and a leg either. Plus they will set me up for yearly furnace cleaning. Everyone take it from me call Boyer if you have a funace that heats your water before you call a Plumbing and Heating service from Williamsburg.

I had a guy here from Williamsburg work on my furnace prior to calling Boyer and he charged me $395.00 for 2 parts he put on my furnace, he said my furnace was so tricky and he knew a few other people having the same problem. The furnace worked that day but a few days later the furnace did not heat water. I called the guy back. It took him 2 months to get him come back and work on it. I had to run to basement and push reset button two or three times to get hot water every day. Now he was paid the $395.00 after the job was done before and when he finally came back he cleaned wires and tightened screws. He spent more time talking about his kids and mother who is not well then he did working.
Two days later I get a bill in the mail for $95.00. Plus the next morning I get up and I don't have any hot water again. Now, the two times this guy was here, all he wanted was to put in a water heater and heat pumps in my basement. Because I had him put two upstairs. Well I called him and left a message on his phone a and told him when he brings my good parts back he took off my furnace I will pay him the $95.00 he charged me. I have called him 4 times now and left a message. He has never called me back. But he calles himself a Professional Plumbing and Heating Service.

Horrible service!! Stated they would be there the next afternoon and would call when they were on there way. Waited around till 3pm and called them asking if any one was in fact coming. They stated that they were held up at another job and would be there by 5pm. They never showed up, never called. We called them again and they tried to claim they left a message! However when asked what phone number they called they told us a completely wrong one! Apparently they had both the numbers we gave them in their system wrong even though when we set it up they had repeated the correct numbers back to us! Told us they could be here in the morning, not waiting around another day for some idiots who can't keep numbers straight!

The repair technician was courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem with our tankless hot water heater and worked diligently to correct the problem. no cold showers unless we choose to take one :-).

Randomly, once a year the igniter on the furnace self-destructs.
This time fortunately it was relatively warm spring week day in the daytime. The repair man responded quickly and fixed the problem. Vey friendly too.

Such a great experience working with Boyer’s. They answered all of my questions, were professional and reasonable. I would definitely recommend and use them again!
