This business came to give an estimate for a heat pump, told me it be a few days, it has now been almost 2 weeks

Boyer quickly responded to handle our HVAC needs. They provided a quote and handled installation seamlessly within 1 week of the diagnosis. The service team was on-time and courtesy. I would recommend Boyer.

On a Sunday our heat went out we called for a service technician and Ethan got back to us. When he was able to get to the house he quickly found the problem but did not have a replacement part. He was back early the next day and got the furnace running again. He was very polite and efficient

Installed new hot water tank and connected it to our geothermal unit. Boyer employees were polite, professional, and thorough. Checked to make sure everything was working as it should before they left.

We were charged multiple service fees for one job. They claimed the third service which was 4 days after the first and second service was for a completely different thing. This was literally something they could have done in the first or second visit here, it was wiping off a part. I was charged 140 dollars to wipe off a part they could have wiped off from one of the first times they came to service us. I am pleased with the work they did but I was taken advantage of by this company. I told the rep. about this and they basically told me too bad. I will not use this company again, and It’s very upsetting that this was our first experience here.

Performed maintenance on our furnace and then returned to troubleshoot and repair it when it wasn't making heat. The technician was very friendly and professional, arrived the same day we called. I also appreciate that he was diligent about cleaning up when he was done!

Our heating blower quit working on the coldest night so far this year. We called Boyer at 11:00 Pm and they helped us try to determine the problem instead of charging us $200 to just come and look. When they were unable to fix the issue that night they offered to bring us heaters and they called the very next morning before 8am to come out with new parts. Amazing service! Treated very well and the installer was friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

The crew was very informative about the install, they always told us what was going to happen and wanted our approval and input before they started work. They were very considerate, and their work was neat and professional.

My furnace was not working correctly. It would heat the house some, but wasn't keeping it warm or at a certain temp. Boyer's was here within 2 hours of me calling and had the problem fixed within 30 -45 minutes. Their service cost was reasonable as well. Very happy!
