Called to inform company my thermostats wasn’t working properly, when the tech showed up before we went into the house I told him what was going on and he said all I may need is new batteries in thermostat, we went in he took the cover off said the batteries did need replaced which I gave him, he put them in and it worked perfectly. The house call was 110.00 but in addition I was charged 15 minutes diognostic money and plus tax a total of 163.00 I called and spoke to the owner and was told the co only profited 49.95 on my service call. Total time from the time he pulled on to my property till he left was 26 min and most of that was conversation. I told the owner of the co I could pay the service call and tax like 125. That’s when I was told the company only made 49.95 profit on my service call. And they charged me the entire 163.00

They arrived the same day I called, within couple of hours! The repairman was friendly and professional, got the work done quickly and even had an extra part we didn't know we would need. Buyers is definitely our new furnace company.

Called to make an appointment and the woman seemed short with me but I assumed she was just a little busy. She said she would check the schedule and call me back at the end of the day. Well it's two days later and I called knisley and sons and they got here ASAP. Still haven't gotten a call back from boyer to make an appointment. They clearly don't want or need extra business so check out knisley and sons. They scheduled me ASAP and the technician even showed up hours early for the job.

Rynn was very nice he explained everything. He also recharged are AC unit. The only thing wrong was he didn't have a leak checker on him which was not his fault in any way. He would have to come back out and we would have been charged for that service call, if he was furnished with all of the equipment he could have checked it at this service call once again it was NO fault of Ryann's. He was very professional.

Got Freezer repaired, it never worked and ended up disposing of the freezer after failure of number of attempts to diagnose and repair the appliance. Got work on fixing our heating furnace, technician was never able to diagnose properly after monkeying around. If diagnosis is not correct, repairing is never going to work. Ended up paying around 2000.00 and none of the appliances worked. If you do not want to waste your time and money, never get services from them

From start to finish Boyer answered all of the questions we had and made the purchase of our new ac unit very easy. All employees very professionally from sales rep to installers. Would definitely recommend Boyer to everyone. Prices the best around!! A+ in my book.

On the coldest day of the year, on a Saturday night, my 24-year-old furnace was having issues running and I called Boyer Refrigeration, Heating and Air Conditioning. The technician arrived, checked out my furnace, and it was found to have a leaking heat exchanger, potentially leaking carbon monoxide into my house. We needed to shut down the furnace and had to stay with a relative Sunday night. Monday morning, Boyers contacted me, based on the technician’s notification, and they were able to provide and install a new furnace the very next day. We were amazed at the fast, personal service they provided to us. We are extremely grateful and we would highly recommend Boyer Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for top-quality service and equipment. They are second to none!

Called others and only got answering machine. We called Boyers and they said it would be about a hour. On the hottest day no central air. They were here in one hour. The young men was very knowledgeable. He had it going in no time. So hats off to them. Will always call them.
