Jermaine and the entire team was excellent. I had to have a new outdoor AC unit installed along with some other modifications to the system. Jermaine explains everything thoroughly and is very patient with questions. The team left everything cleaner than they found it. They are very timely in setting up appts. I would highly recommend.

Air Done Right has done it again. They were timely courteous and professional. The technicians explained to me what was going on with my system and gave me great recommendations to care for and extended the life of my unit.

I called this company but got their voice mail and decided not to leave a message. They called me back later from the missed calls and made a same day appointment to look at my a/c unit which was making noise. They showed up on time, diagnosed my unit and said that the noise is just due to the age of the unit. They made sure everything was tight and the freon level was right. The unit sounds smoother since they checked it and now I have peace of mind. Air Done Right will be my first choice if I have any further hvac issues.

Not only did Jermaine do a routine maintenance of my system (that he did not install) he actually educated me on my system and gave me a solution to one of the problems I was having with something else in my home. Very knowledgeable and made sure my system was safe for the upcoming season and in the future

Great service! The guys from Air Done Right repaired my heater problem after I had 2 other companies come out. Highly recommend them.

The guys with Air Done Right were on time, professional and swift with the installation of the HVAC system! They took the old system out and installed the new system within 2 hours! Mr. Jermaine took the time with me to go over what he did and educated me on the filter installation process! All of this happened while I was working from home! The guys cleaned up their area and were on their way! I would recommend this company to everyone! Not to mention the receptionist at the office was extremely helpful and responsive!

Jermaine's very knowledgeable and professional. Appreciate the upfront and honesty and not just in it to sell me! Rarely do u get that. Coming back to start tomorrow as my system has to thaw!
