Super friendly when I called about the issue. Someone came out the next day to take a look. A part was ordered and they came back out to do the repair as soon as the part came in. They even offered to bring us window units while they were waiting on the part!! The repair guy had it fixed in about a half hour and all is working perfectly!! Can’t say enough good things about this company! I highly recommend them!

Zongora was the only company willing to install a system that wasn't a minisplit. They took time to assess our needs and help build a heating/cooling system that would work with our older home. Each employee that entered our home was polite and professional and worked to place the system where it would fit best.

Steven is always very thorough in his inspection of my heating and air conditioning units. He is very pleasant and explains what he is doing to the homeowner.

I called Zongora after a quick Google search when I was having trouble with my Lochinvar heating system. They have come to my house as late as 11:30pm for an emergency call and even on Christmas eve, the owner, Rick, has been to my home to ensure my family had heat. My system has been very difficult for 2 different companies to work on but Zongora has helped see us through to with getting Lochinvar and their warranty department involved in our resolution. They have checked in on my family to see if we need any space heaters in the interim while the larger issue is getting resolved. Jarred, the owners son and even Rick himself have both kept me in the loop with what they are doing/testing in order to fix our unit. They are timely when they say they are showing up and always professional. Nick, one of their technicians is also extremely knowledgeable and reliable as well. I will continue to advocate for their company for the great customer service they have provided us.

The annual maintenance of my oil boiler was performed by Zangora Comfort Solutions earlier this week.

Dave (the resource that did the work) was knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. He responded to all my questions by providing deep insights about the condition of my equipment and options to extend the longevity. Dave also provided materials on possible replacement propane and oil boilers.

I am completely satisfied with the work that was done and expect to use Zangora for all future home heating needs.
