Hester blower was too loud, they adjusted the fan speed and it is now perfect.

I called Zongora for a problem I have had for a year or more. It was air in my boiler lines. Should be a simple fix and it was. I have tried everything, including bleeding the lines. I was not lucky. Rick came out and replaced an air valve that was not working. A 14 dollar part. Charged me double for the part and was here about 30 mins. I got a $250 bill for labor plus the price for double the part. I will not ding him for missing the first appointment, but we where cool about missing the scheduled appointment since I did not need the heat. He came the next day. But $250 bucks for 30 mins of work? I will even include the drive time of a total of 30 mins. So $250 for 1 hour. My lawyer and doctor do not charge these rates. I would be alright with $100 plus the double price for the part. This is not good business.

Our water heater decided on Friday to depart this Earth after 19 years of service (which I did not know until after I looked at the serial number). Crunched for time and a necessity to shower, after a few days of looking at big name box stores and Internet Reviews, we contacted Zongora Comfort Solutions, and immediately was assisted by Rick. I am a very technological person, and that means immediately wanting the most fancy and efficient(see also: expensive) replacements to make my life marginally more comfortable, but also live in a condo, so my options are much more limited. Upon speaking with Rick, he was able to talk me off of several ledges and satisfy my needs in savings in addition to practicality.

Due to the immediacy I faced, he was able to get out somebody ASAP to get us (me and my girlfriend) back to normal. He was able to find some availability same day (!) and sent out two younger gentlemen to assist us. They arrived 15 minutes before the scheduled time, which I definitely appreciated, and were very cordial and easygoing, which I liked. They spent the next few hours installing the heater, and actually making it better (I had an 80 gallon previously and downgraded to a 50) by giving us a bit more space. After the install, I remembered that I had a few more plumbing-related issues that I figured I'd ask, and they were more than willing to take a look at it, and actually fixed an issue we had with one of the sinks.

After all of this, the price point of heater + install (Bradford White, American-made, mind you) was LESS than the cost of the big box store. Amazing!

Overall, loved my experience, and definitely use them. They are worth the money and will listen to your needs and wants, and work efficiently and with a great budget. I will be suggesting them to all of my friends and family, and hope to use them for other work around the house in the future.

What a great experience! After a long night of not being able to sleep due my central air unit no working I had no choice but to reach out to a HVAC company. Wow, did I make the right choice. Not only were they able to fit me into their busy schedule they were able to come out right away. A company might only be as good as their employees but their passion and work ethic derives from their owner. Rick who owns this company come out and within 30 minutes my unit was back up and running and the the temperature started to drop immediately. Thank you Rick for all your help and if I ever have a similar situation I will absolutely be going back to this company for help!

Our HVAC system died last winter and it was 40 degrees in the house. Zongora was extremely responsive and professional. They came out and gave us an estimate and even though we hadn’t agreed to utilize their services yet, they left us with space heaters so we could stay warm and the pipes wouldn’t freeze. They worked with us to come up with a payment plan and installed a new and more efficient HVAC system almost immediately. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!

Upon waking at 2:00am this Sunday, I realized my air conditioning was not working. The HVAC system came new with the house...30 years ago.

I called Zongora at 7:30am today (Sunday) expecting a prolonged day ending in disappointment. By 10:30am "Dave" from Zongora had left with my air conditioning working beautifully.

I cannot give another star or I would for this company.
We had are water heater go out, and Union Fuel told us there was nothing else they could do for us. Union Fuel installed this water heater in 2016 so it is a fairly new heater plus we got the extra coverage. But my husband listens to AM 790 all the time and Bobby Gunther Walsh and he heard a Rick Zongora commercial so we called mind you on a Sunday night and he himself answered. Well to shorten my story they came out immediately and a gentleman Nick said "WE WILL FIX THIS" and they did. That is the experience of the people that Rick has working for him so thank-you from the bottom of my heart Rick. Your company is a 5 STAR!!
