Miguel did a great job. He wore shoe covers, explained everything he was going to be doing, showed up on time, and was very courteous. He even found a part that was defective while still covered under warranty on our home air purification system. That is extremely helpful and avoided another trip out to fix it.

My HVAC (2 units) needed maintenance. Scheduled with Werley HVAC (Jeff Dillensnyder) did the maintenance check. He’s very knowledgeable & took time to answer our concerns. Jeff is professional, courteous, efficient & an asset to your company. Very happy with the work that was performed.

Chris was here tonight after hours because our thermostat was broken. We couldn’t turn the air conditioning on. Chris was excellent. He replaced the thermostat for us. Due to the fact that the thermostat we had is no longer existent we had to purchase a new one. He took the time to explain the ins & outs of the new one. He was patient and courteous and polite. He even paid some attention to our pup. We would love to have him back in our home if our heating/cooling system needs attention.

Werley provides quick response and great service. When the heat failed this afternoon I contacted Werley and now the house is reheating thanks to Chris. It’s a bitter cold day and he was prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Werley. Their prices came in best, so I had them install 2 wall AC/Heaters for me, and they also now maintain/service my gas boiler that I bought elsewhere years ago. If I call and need them, they always show up in a timely manner. They are friendly and know what they’re doing. The office people are also very polite and efficient. I would definitely recommend Werley.

You need to review your pricing.
The technician went ahead and vacuumed the filters/screens even though they were cleaned this week. The only thing he really needed to do was check the inlet and outlet temperatures. The 6 units took him less than an hour. That’s one technician for less than 1 hour for $458. We did the work by cleaning the units every other week year round.
There should be some kind of discount for people who keep their systems clean.

Being retired and on fixed income I am forced to look for some other alternatives.

The technician did a fine job. I just don’t think your pricing strategy is justified.

I 100% recommend this company. They helped move our A/C units to our a location & they planned, as well as executed everything professionally!
