Miguel was very professional and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to explain the issue and what the repairs and the cost would be. He worked on my 88yrs old father system. My father said he would request for Miquel to come out next time he needs service. Rating 10 out of 10.

Price to replace an expansion tank on our water heater was $763. Seems pretty high to me for less than an hour labor. We've been regular customers for a while but I think it's time to move on.

I have a service contract with Werley because they are a very good business to work with. When I called this time with a heat problem, I was told that a technician could be out that same day. He was very thorough and gave a good clear explanation when finished. I was very pleased with the experience.

Been a customer for about seven years now, starting with the installation of heat pumps and now continuing with routine maintenance. Adam is one of their best and just did our seasonal heat pump and boiler maintenance. He always provides clear and informative updates on what he finds, identifies issues and proactively addresses them, and takes ownership of errors or mishaps. Highly recommend their service and quality of work.

I have mixed feelings about this place. On one hand, I’m very thankful that they made every effort to get out to me within a day or two when other companies told me it would be over a week. No AC in the summer there was no time to wait!

The service tech was very knowledgeable and very polite. The repair was not very complicated it was just the fan assembly on top of the outside unit. I could’ve changed it myself, but I needed someone to check the whole system out to make sure everything else was up and running which is beyond my pay grade. He was supposed to send me the readings from his visit but then completely ignored my request when I messaged him after he left. I always try to learn and educate myself so that’s the only reason I wanted to have them.

The issue I have is a lack of a detailed bill. It only shows the diagnostic fee and the overall repair cost underneath. I would have preferred to have seen parts separated from labor to give me a better idea of where my money went. I realize companies mark things up and that’s totally fine. I would’ve just liked to have seen the details. The cost of the part and the cost of the labor and I would’ve been fine. If that would’ve been corrected it would’ve been a five star review. I placed a call to try to get the details but I was only told the amount of labor time but no rate attached to it.

Overall in a pinch I would definitely use them again. They are not the cheapest but they are also not the most expensive. Quality of work always trumps cheap price. It’s a rule to live by.

Our unit stopped functioning and I called on a Sunday afternoon and left a message. First thing Monday I got a call and a tech was out that afternoon. Zeke informed me of the issue and was back the next day with the part. It’s great to know Zeke was on top of it all. Thanks Werley Heating.

Our technician, Kyle, was very professional, explained every procedure he was doing and why, assured us our systems were in fine working order, guided us through the filters routine, was very thorough and straightened up after himself.

Had a hot water heater replaced on an emergency basis. Colin was very professional, explained my options, completed the change out in a timely manner, answered all my questions as he installed the new unit. I'd recommend Werley and Colin to do work for others.
