Budget Heating & Cooling

This place was responsible for installing the hvac/ductwork on a home I purchased. I have no issue with the quality of the work - things seem to be correct and proper.

I write this 2-Star review due to Scott Detwiler and his customer service.

We recently decided to see if getting dual zone climate controls was possible. I reached out to Scott to ask some basic questions. I was surprised when he responded with utter rudeness and discourtesy. Whether it was because I had used a different company to consult on this job or whether it was from sheer bad behavior, I don’t know.

I hope this is not representative of this business’ customer service.

Scott and his crew are awesome. Knowledgeable group with the know-how to handle all types of jobs. Very impressed with his responsiveness and wiliness to go above and beyond. Highly recommend!

We were impressed with workmanship , dedication shown. Our Air Conditioning unit needed to be checked and then discovered it had to be removed and new unit installed. Everything was handled for us.

This company installed my gas furnace10 years ago! over the last 10 years I've called them twice (there is a sticker with their phone number on the furnace). They answer the phone and they're here within 24 hours. I'm in disbelief a company like this still exists. Old school customer service times 10!!! Thank you Scott.

I had them run a new gas line and decommission an old one. They showed up on time and were very professional. Not only was their quote below others I had gotten, they were quick and efficient and got the work done within an hour. I am very very pleased with their quality and service.

I use them thanks to a referral of a friend, they were lower priced then the other two estimates I received. The people who installed it were quick and the AC works great.

These guys rock and beat the everyone else's price. Very nice, quick. Very pleased with them.
