Outstanding work and flexibility from Chris and Brant, they arrived on site early, and were more than happy to show us the issue and performed a quick replacement of the faulty item.

When we had to have a gas line for a new stove installed Chris was quick to respond and installed the line quickly and when the new stove arrived they came back in did the install and made sure everything was working properly with the stove. They have great communication and very friendly. I will be recommending them to my clients for sure.

Brant & Chris were early, which we had asked for. Very professional, discussed matters and potential issues/concerns with us. They worked with our schedule. My husband had already mounted the big equipment, and they were pleased with his workmanship. They did the complete connection, hook up, and testing of our new mini-split unit. They cleaned up, ensuring no screws or garbage pieces were left. Highly recommend having this family run company at least come give you an estimate. Thanks guys! These guys are great! They were quick to get back to me and the work was finished before other companies could even get out to give me a quote. Their work is clean, efficient, and well priced. Very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I have used different companies for my heating/ac service and repair throughout the years. After using Countryside for my last repair I won't calling anyone else but them. Would rate 6 stars if possible.

The owners of Countryside were extremely courteous, competitive in price, and wonderfully responsive. Too many quotes came in prohibitevly higher from other contractors who did not appear to care to explain details of what they would be doing or when they would be available to meet and do the work. Countryside, though, appeared to care about what they were doing and delivering wonderful customer service. They are a local business who seems to care about building a strong reputation and they did great by us. They've earned our repeat service. Give them a call for heating and cooling needs.

Countryside is the nicest guys you could meet. They are very professional and knowledgeable about the system and went above and beyond to work through maintenance issues, install new thermostats and getting the best quote for an AC installation to replace our failed 15 year old unit.

I contacted Countryside Heating and Cooling because of a recommendation from another company in McMinnville. Chris and Brant checked out my old heat pump that was 25 years old. They preformed a tune up, changed the filter and gave me a report on the condition of the unit.

A few weeks later, I contacted them and asked them to install a new Rheem heat pump. They sent the quote to me that evening and the next day they came out and we signed the contract. The following day they installed the new unit. Chris and Brant were great to work with. They were fast and efficient. After installation, they explained the operation of the unit and asked if I had any questions. Today they brought the warranty and the permit. Again, they stated that if I have any questions, to please contact them.

Now I understand why the major company in McMinnville spoke so highly of the men and their work. I would highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend this company! When our heat pump went out, we called numerous companies and they were the lowest priced. They had the parts needed so were able to get us in within a week for installation. They have great communication, very efficient and professional.
