My heat pump was having issues and was not blowing cold air when on cooling mode. Countryside heating and cooling came out and took a look at the system and found a leak on the air handler and quoted me a price for repairing the air handler and also installing a new system. I chose a new system since mine was getting little older and they installed a new air handler and heat pump and it works great. Reasonable price and great service. Will give them a call in the future if needing any heating and cooling services done!

You don't need to look further than these guys. Recieved 5 estimates for a new heat pump package and chose Countyside Heating & Cooling for the price and the manner they explained what they were going to do. Installation was a quality product, clean and neat and completed a day early. It was a pleasure doing business with them and we will use them for the recommended annual maintenance.

Chris and Brandt were wonderful to work with. After moving last year we have had terrible times with everything from appliance installations to fireplace maintenance when it came to customer service and quality of work. Countryside is one of the rare places that you can still get real people who respect your time and your business with them. This week we used them for a failing heat pump that provides our AC and they diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and replaced it within two days. They were great communicators and very personable, and as a stay at home mom with an infant, I felt very comfortable having them in my home. We will continue to use them for all our heating and cooling needs as long as we live in the area.

These guys did a whole installation at my house (furnace, duct work and AC installation) they helped me out with my transition getting gas service for the first time, very acknowledgeable, they guided me during this process!!! Chris and Brant are the best in town and I’m very happy with their job. I will definitely recommend them for any service you might need.

Brant and Chris were very knowledgeable and professional when it came to servicing our HVAC system. We had them do a tune up on our gas furnace. In a month or so, when it warms up, we will have them back to check out the air conditioner unit, as well. We highly recommend Countryside Heating & Cooling to anyone needing HVAC service!

Absolutely the best experience we've had with any company in this industry! I heard about them from my cousin when it finally came time for us to replace our aging system, so they already had a head start on earning our trust. But they did that again all by themselves due to their very responsive phone calls, being honest about their recommendations for us based on our needs/wants/budget (which is done by genuinely listening to the customers), and just being kind and friendly during every interaction. They came out quickly when our furnace went out. They had to order a part to be delivered and came back again to install it. They were so kind and responsive. They were very knowledgeable and great to work with. Thank you for taking care of our family!
