Since Comfort Solutions installed our furnace/heat pump, we called on them for service when our furnace wasn’t working. It went out during the ice storm initially, and we chalked up the terrible response time and bad service attitude to them being inundated with service calls. Nope!!!!! That’s just how they roll!!! Fortunately during the ice storm, our furnace started working again, but we experienced the same failure recently. My husband called Comfort Solutions and set up a service call for the next day. He was told they would call 30 minutes before they arrived. Without a phone call, they showed up (the tech told my husband he called our home phone and left a message. WE DON’T HAVE A HOME PHONE!!!!). The problem was diagnosed and it required a part that was not “in stock”. My husband was told that the office person would call and let us know when the part arrived to schedule service. This was Wednesday afternoon. Friday afternoon we still hadn’t heard anything and we’re facing the prospect of being without heat for the entire weekend. We called Comfort Solutions and got a call center in Texas. My husband left a cordial message. After 2 hours and no return phone call, I called (I’m the bad cop) and explained the situation and that we were VERY upset. About an hour later the tech called from home (his child was in the background) and said, “Well it’ll have to wait until Monday now” and that the office person had “left a message to schedule service on our home phone”. AGAIN, we have no home phone!!!!!! Grrrrrrrrrrr . . . Finally Monday morning the office person called my husband’s phone and set up service for later that afternoon. The part was installed and we now have heat.
Such HORRIBLE customer service. Apparently they are used to dealing with people with no heat. The tech also told me on the phone, “well at least it’s not freezing out!” Yeah, fortunately it’s only 59 degrees in my house instead of 34!! Never ever again.

They responded really well when our furnace quit. They arrived within 4 hours and spent the time necessary to diagnose the problem. We are very pleased with the service.

I found Comfort Solutions extremely professional, their installers and service are top notch. Our installer, Marshall and Jake, came to our home on time, took extra care when walking through our house, cleaned up and even thanked us for doing business with them. I'm thrilled to have a new ductless system in my home, my husband was thrilled with the rebates, thank you Brian Adams for the info, and all together we are happy campers now.

We had to replace the A/C because the compressor locked up, had decided to replace both the A/C and the furnace because they were both over 15 yrs old. Greg Marshall came out and looked over the situation and made a couple of recommendations. Now let me tell you, he was very professional and knew his stuff. But here’s the deal... HE NEVER TRIED TO OVERSELL! He told me what I needed and why. When I called him later asking about a more powerful ( more expensive) system his reaction was priceless! He simply asked “why?” Explained to me why the system he suggested was the best. I was super impressed. We signed the contract and set up an install date. ( last Friday)
The install guys were impressive! They had clearance issues and overall a hard situation to deal with, but that didn’t slow them for a second. They listened to how I wanted the system to be installed and they did an amazing job getting it done. Theses guys are rockstars. Seriously.
So yesterday I noticed a noise I was unfamiliar with coming from the outside unit. Gave the office a call and wouldn’t you know, they had the install guys out here in a couple of hours. Turns out there was simply a panel that had come loose and was vibrating. They snugged it up and all was well.
Best experience I’ve ever had with ANY company, let alone a heating and cooling company.
These guys have a customer for life.

The men turned up on time having called ahead. They checked the furnace and fixed the fan, so that it worked for the first time in 15 years. They did a great job and were polite and efficient.

All of the above. I was very happy with the professionalism. The carrier product is excellent. I was recommended to get the quieter unit for air conditioning and sitting out back I don't even hear it except for maybe a light hum. I also had a fan put in my gas fireplace and I am really happy with that. I have recommended comfort solutions to other neighbors and friends.

I bought and had installed two heat pumps when we had our addition done. The newer of the heat pumps had a problem from day one that could not be resolved by the company that installed the heat pump nor by any company after that; until, I found Comfort Solutions. I told the owner Brian Adams about the fact that when the weather would get very cold the heat pump's circuit would pop and need to be reset. Without ever seeing the heat pump, Brian told me what the problem was. He ordered the part and the part was installed and I have not had the problem since then. He is soo very very good and what he does. He knows and loves his work and it shows. I wished he had been the company that installed our heat pumps back when our remodel took place but he will always be the company to maintain our equipment and when the time comes that we need to replace our equipment I will gladly use Comfort Solutions.
