DPM has been working with Starks Plumbing for years now and we are very pleased with the relationship we have formed with their company. At DPM we manage hundreds of different properties from single family units, multi family units, and commercial. We see many different plumbing related issues arise and need to get things handled fast and effectively for our tenants and owners. Everyone one we have dealt with through their company is very easy and pleasant to work with, and they always get the job done in a timely manner. In my 21 years in Bend I have not come across a plumbing company that shines brighter than this one!! Colleen is a great communicator and doesn't make promises she can't keep. Although they were heavily booked for the day, they dealt with my emergency as if I was one of their most important clients (and I was just introduced to them that day!) Seth was friendly and professional. Stark will be my only call for plumbing needs in the future.

Colleen is so friendly and easy to talk to. She had Seth at our house within a couple of hours. He easily diagnosed our water heater needed to be replaced and has great plumbing knowledge. Don’t hesitate to call them!

Got a quote for over $4500.00 to accomplish what was called easy, simple and straightforward. Hardly any parts required and all the hardware purchased on site already. Everything could be tied into preexisting lines and vents can be joined. Multiple other quotes for at a fraction of a price. When I asked why this occured it came up that I supposedly slammed a door in a plumbers face a year and a half ago. No recollection otherwise I wouldn't attempt to hire a company I slammed the door in there face. He must have insanely rude for me to have done that too.

I can't recommend this company enough!!! I've had a leaking exterior water valve for over a year with other companies telling me they couldn't fix it. I decided to call Stark and the lady I spoke to was so professional and kind!! She set up my appt to work with my busy schedule, consistently emailed and texted me keeping me up to date on my appt, and then texted me when the service tech Seth, was on his way. Seth showed up and was so professional and friendly. What a great guy!!! He dealt with the problem in only 20 min without any inconveniences to me. The service was so organized and affordable and I know now this is the only plumbing company I will ever use! Call Stark for any of your plumbing problems.
