Jim Stowers was the Neil Kelly "handyman" that rebuilt our fireplace mantel. Very professional. Very nice and courteous! Can't ask for more than that. He was a real pleasure having in the house to do the work that needed to be done!

When we met Chad Terry at a Neil Kelly workshop we were impressed with his knowledge of what is available for bathroom remodels. When he visited our home and we explained our needs he was able to put together a plan that was beautiful and functional. Enjoyed working with Chad.

I worked with Chad Terry on a remodel of a kitchen and bathroom in a rental property and I highly recommend him for the following reasons: 1. He was very responsive from beginning to end with any questions or concerns I had about the project. 2. He asked me a lot of questions and listened to make sure we were on the same page throughout the project. 3. He communicated effectively and worked very well with our property manager to schedule his contractors throughout the project. 4. The project came in on time, they were in and out within 6 weeks. 5. I don't live in the same town as the rental property so it was huge so I was putting a lot of trust in someone I had not even met in person. Again, I highly recommend Chad and the Neil Kelly team.

Our master bathroom had to be torn apart and rebuilt due to a slow leak that had done major damage. John Knauss at Neil Kelly led us through the process in a friendly, calm, thoughtful, and knowledgeable way. Responsive, personable, just a good solid job all the way around.

Jim Stowers completed a long to-do list of random tasks at a property that I had for sale - from caulking siding to a shower pan, to installing exterior rafter screens on a 40 foot ladder and more...Jim got it done several hours shy of what was quoted me. Great work and easy to communicate with as well!

Chad was very knowledgeable and incredibly responsive. It was a comfort to us that he clearly understood what we wanted for our steam shower. We would be very happy to have I’m as the manager on any future project.
