They showed up on time, were very professional, friendly and cooperative. They gave us a great bid and then started cleaning all of our air ducts and took apart our furnace and cleaned the inside of it.

When they were done they checked everything to make sure the furnace was operating properly and they cleaned up after themselves and made it easy to pay with a credit card. Highly recommend.

I chose Master’s Touch because after calling two other places and leaving a message regarding a quote, only Master’s Touch returned my call. Amy told me the cost to have my dryer vent cleaned, and kindly mentioned. $25.00 coupon available in a local mailer. The techs arrived on time, answered all my questions and explained why additional work needed to be done. I would recommend Master’s Touch and will call them again, if necessary.

I called Masters Touch on a Thursday and they were able to be there the next day. They were actually early BUT called ahead to be sure that was okay with me. Wore masks (this is being written during Covid) and surprised me how fast they were in and out. Great job and would definitely recommend them.

They came on time to clean out my wood stove that I had not used for years since it did not work. Very nice two guys. They cleaned the inside and outside of my stove and even trimmed a large tree limb back from my pipe. I was expecting a mess and they had it so cleaned. Very friendly and started a fire to make sure my draft was working now. Thank you !
