Jeff at JP Mechanical made sure he fit us in at the end of a cold, cold busy business day to make sure we had heat during the night.

He didn't have new part with him so he gave us a temp part from his truck to makes sure we had heat over night and came back today to uninstall the temp with a new one.

He could have easily charged us for after hours fees, but didn't... and took most the cost from the furnace warranty instead of charge us directly (he installed it 6 years ago when the house was constructed). I TOTALLY recommend this company and told my coworkers about him already.

JP Mechanical was the company that installed our HVAC on new home. He was helpful and patient and let me add the NEST thermostat.

6yra later, our furnace had a snafu and stop working...just before a holiday cold snap.
(Happily, he had his sticker and number on the furnace.)

Came out same day, quickly assessed the issue, and gave us a temp fix to get us through the night. He returned when he said he would and did a quick permanent fix.

All with patience and a smile on his face. I really liked working with him and his assistant.

Def happy with this company. We did a ductless system with them for a new build. Initially there were some small issues but Jeff was honest and responsive and made it all right. Highly recommend.

They installed the furnace on our new construction home. Over two years later we had a little leak. They came out the next day and repaired it on the spot. The furnace itself was under warranty and they did the repair at no cost to us!
