    This is a family owned business and the service is fantastic. Tim came to my house within an hour of my call. Our furnace broke during a cold snap in December but 28 hours later my heat is back on and I couldn't be happier. Tim was calm, knowledgeable, and prompt. I highly recommend this business. The speedy service and reasonable rates have left us very pleased.

    I can not praise them enough! Our AC went out yesterday afternoon and this morning I began calling around places only to be told that everyone was booked out weeks (understandable in this weather!) When I called Dons, I was treated with kindness. I was told that they were busy all day trying to catch up on yesterday plus all the scheduled business today, and that tomorrow was looking busy too, however he took my name and number and address down and said that I was on his way home and he'd try to stop by! 7 pm I got a call! He showed up 10 min later repaired my ac- all the while letting me watch and ask questions. Very friendly and informative! Fixed my ac in less than an hour and if anything I was under-charged! The prices were SO reasonable! I still can't believe he went the extra mile during an already busy week! I am a new and forever customer!!

    Stay far away from these peoples….. It is not only you Juan Gutierrez i just got cheat and rip-off by “TIM” yesterday this guy is NOT a honest person to do business with (NOT AT ALL !!!!) I got recommended from my friend and Tim came out for this job. My friend told me their charge is $102 per unit, I know this is not cheap rate. The service job my friend told me that included clean blower, burner, and filter, inspect over the unit make sure not thing wrong. I trust my friend and let Tim to service my home and my sister home at same day. After he spend more than hours from my friend’s house and show up at my home to meet me I told him my friend said he did a good job, I will be back soon to see the jobs well done and give him a check for 2 units service. As soon I left the house to pick my son and call back home 15 minutes later ask my wife to take some pictures what is he doing in my garage my wife told me he almost done ready for next home, I am very surprise “ that’s quick “ I ask my wife let me talk to him and he told me my unit still very clean no need to do anything. I told him you can’t charge me full price if you didn’t do anything so he give me $10 credit. He did the same thing to my sister unit too only wash off the filter and left after 15 minutes. I was pissed! He walk away in 30 minute and left $184 invoice for me. I also told him I will make sure everybody know when he did a good job and recommend more jobs for him, BUT I didn’t mention I will MAKE SURE everyone know how terrible job he done too. I am going to call BBB and file a complaint and put more BAD review on all the web site about this business. $184 for doing NOTHING but only for 30 minute checking. TIM was extremely unprofessional and just wanted to show up and leave with charging me $184. Don, you may want to reevaluate who is out there representing your family owned business. This guy is represent for a very BAD and UNPROFESSSIONAL business. Also if you are women don't even think do business with this guy he will treat you like a dummy you will pay lot money for little job that what he did to my sister home.

    I talked to Don, he was super kind. Then when I explained my problem...
    Don said, "sense David is in your area right now. He can come out and look. If David can find the problem within the couple mins he is there, he will not charge me."

    David took his time out and gas to drive to my place. He found it was just some fuse... He asked me to replace that. And sure enough after that, my Nest was working great. He did not charge me a thing.

    What great people. I love how HONEST and KIND they are.

    Amazing service!! Great response time!!

    Our furnace stopped working in the early hours of the morning. I called and left a message at 7am and Don called me back at 8:05am. He was able to come take a look at our furnace at 8:40am and had the replacement part in his car. Our furnace was fixed before 9am!!

    I’m a guy that likes to do stuff around the house for myself. But I know my limitations AC stuff and electrical stuff aren’t on my list of things I can do. My heat pump wasn’t working right and after a bunch of Google searches of possibly problems I was pretty sure I was going to have to get a new heat pump. It seemed like it would be cheaper to replace it than fix it. Don’s came out and in less than an hour it was working like new! And was less than $200.00! This is a situation that some people could have taken advantage of and ripped my family out of hundreds or a couple of thousand dollars. The people were professional, knowledgeable, fast, friendly and above all else honest and fair! I will ABSOLUTELY recommend Don’s to anyone who needs there kinda help. Thank you guys for helping restore my trust in local businesses.

    I called Don's Air Care for a maintenance job on my furnace. Their charge is $102. Tim came out and first thing he saw was a crack in the inducer housing leading to the flue. It was made of plastic. Since I was to sell my house very soon I asked if this was something an inspector would ding me about. He said yes. Surprisingly, he didn't say it was dangerous, however. I have read where some outfits claim that cracks are dangerous, and then push people to buy parts they don't need. So I asked what it would cost to replace it. He said $265. I said go ahead with the replacement. He left and soon came back with the part. While he was gone I checked the net for prices. They varied widely. He came back and finished up the work in under an hour. I checked the price of the part again, this time with exact part number in hand. The cheapest one I found was Amazon at $106. The most expensive was $149. The part number is 70-24157-03. I could not believe he up charged me that much. I thought maybe labor added into it. I emailed Tim and he said there was no charge for replacing the part. The part was $265. I asked him where he purchased it and he would not tell me. Bottom line, I was taken by this outfit.. I don't mind some up charge, but over a $100 is just a rip off. I will never do business with them again nor tell anyone of my friends to use them. Also, don't bother having them come out to clean the furnace. It is very basic and easy for anyone to do. I thought it would be more involved. The inducer was also a very simple install.

    I was very apprehensive about having to call on my heat pump but the electrical bill was going up and the temperature was going down. I reviewed servicers in the area and found Don’s Air-Car. 15 minutes into the visit all my fears and worries were gone. He was professional, informative and very friendly. He spent the time working with pleasant conversation while he explained what he was doing and answered any questions. My problem required an uncommon part not normally on hand. He got the heat working well enough to keep out the cold and the new part was acquired quickly and installed a day later. After all that was done I found the pricing to be very fair and honest. Not only will I call on them again with any problems, I will be calling on them to do my yearly maintenance. Thank you.
