    Courteous and competent plumber showed up and replaced the drain pipe from my kitchen sink to the main drain. The 52 year old pipe had rotted through and was plugged. The plumber listened to and responded to my concerns. Interaction with the office by one phone call initiated the service visit which was scheduled in a timely manner.

    Our Rinnai hot water heater died and another Seaside company Diamond Heating said it was the gas valve? I asked them to give me a bid on the repair and replacement as it was 15 years old. 5 days later I received a bid for $800.00 to fix it or $5,800.00 to replace it. By then I had already ordered a new one for $1,100.00 I called Terry's Plumbing, Lance and his apprentice Micah installed it along with new valves and flex hoses and did a incredible job. Their bill was $1,150.00. So I saved over $3,200.00 using Terry's Plumbing. Only company I will ever use on the north coast for now on.

    I dealt with Terry's Plumbing for the better part of two years. They never fixed my problem after numerous calls.

    A part was back ordered for six months (maybe only five months), they didn't call me when the part was available, I had to call them time and time again to find if the part was available and to have them work on my tankless water heaters and I bet the problem is still unresolved. They even installed them.

    They get two stars because they were friendly enough on the phone but I wouldn't expect any results from them based on my personal experience.

    When my water heater went out a family member recommended I call Terrys Plumbing and I am so happy that I did. I had anticipated having to wait days for them to be able to come out to my home but was pleasantly surprised when they had a sane day appointment open. The plumbers were at home within an hour and my water heater was replaced and old one gone within 2 hours. Plumbers were nice, professional, and did a great job explaining things to me. Thank you for saving the day! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for friendly and fast service!

    We got referred to Terry's Plumbing and were told great things about them. Had a property located in Seaside, and needed pretty much all the pipes on the owner side of the property replaced, before there was an issue and they became no longer functional. This property is a Vacation Rental, and managed by us (a Property Management Company) and we take care of the property on behalf of the owner.

    I called Terry's Plumbing on 11/02/2020 and spoke with Jennifer - who initially was professional and was going to get right back to me if they were able to come out and give an estimate on Monday 11/09/2020 on the way to Nestecca.
    11/03/2020 - in the late afternoon I still had not heard back so I called and left a message requesting a callback.
    11/04/2020 I called about 12:30pm, and Tim answered the phone he apologized for not getting a call back and took a message stating Jennifer would call me back when she got back from lunch.
    11/05/2020, I called again and spoke with Tim, again was very nice and apologetic that I had not gotten a call back despite my messages - he put me on hold and went to get Jennifer. Once she got on the line - she said, oh, Terry never got a hold of you? I gave him your number and he said he would contact you. She said she would talk to him and call me back.
    She did contact me back in about an hour and set up for someone to come out to the property Monday 11/09 - between 8am-9am. I also gave Jennifer the contact information of the property owner in case the technician had any questions while they were there at the property, and needed more information!

    11/09/2020 - Received a call from Mike (I believe) he was there at the property and had questions - I immediately referred him to the owner and again gave the contact information. I also messaged the owner to let them know they would be getting contacted from Terry's Plumbing. I also gave the owner the number of the technician that contacted me. The owner never received a call. The owner called multiple times and left messages requesting a callback - no response.

    11/10/2020 - Owner called both technician and the office and left message with no response. I called and spoke with Jennifer to find out why the owner wasn't contacted and she said she would she what she could find out and again took the owners information, and mine.

    11/11/2020 - Called and left a message for Jennifer - No response

    also my owners haven't heard anything back either. At this point my message was basically like - If you don't the job, don't have time for the job - just say so, so I can stop wasting my time and trying to get this information for our property owner! We are all busy and overwhelmed and going through a lot right now, but a little bit of communication goes
    A LONG WAY!!!!!

    11/13/2020 - called and Tim answered the phone - I explained the events of the last 4 days and that I just need to know whether they are just too busy not interested, or just don't want the work. He stated they had been really busy - WE ALL ARE - and that he would talk to Mike and Terry and someone would get back to me!!!

    NOT GONNA HOLD MY BREATH AND IF GIVING NEGATIVE STARS WAS AN OPTION I WOULD. THE CRAZY THING IS THAT THIS IS A DECENT JOB, LIKE $8,000 TO $10,000 JOB - AND CAN'T EVEN GET A CALL BACK OR COMMUNICATION.

    THANKS FOR NOTHING! BTW - WE NEVER LEAVE BAD REVIEWS FOR OTHER LOCAL BUSINESSES - JUST THOUGH WE SHOULD SHARE OUR EXPERIENCE.

    Mike and his crew treat your problem like it is the most important problem in the world. they understand how water problems can really affect your family! They came up and got a problem that could of taken a month to repair and did it in three days!!!!

    The efficiency and quality of work was substandard and required multiple trips to complete the repair which is still leaking. What a waste of time and money! I feel like I was taken advantage of since I live out of state and it's my rental home. Well I'm here in town today looking at my plumbing for the dishwasher and shower (in person) and they did not do as I asked or paid for. Just a bunch of hacked patch work with the old plumbing. I am very disappointed and upset and I now have to pay someone else to finish the job and do it right. Lance is not representing your company very well. He even left a mess for my tenant to clean up on one of the visits and told him to just 'use a bigger bucket' for the leak as a solution. Really?! What a joke.

    i had given Terry's a bad review, but then they called me back and we agreed it was all an unfortunate misunderstanding. I now feel that Terry's is a very responsive, professional business that does indeed put a high value on customer service, and i'm sorry i said otherwise. The owner seems like a good guy who's very concerned with providing high quality customer care.
