Our OLD OLD furnace wasn't working. There aren't many replacement parts for it, but the technician they sent out fixed it and we've got heat! They were also quick to come out to fix our furnace!

Peter was very helpful and informative when he came to our house to give us a quote. He was patient with all my questions and he gave us a great deal on our insert. When he had his employees come out to install the insert, they were quick and thorough and cleaned up after themselves. We decided a year ago to get a Jotel wood burning stove. Best decision we ever made. Extremely helpful staff. They helped us make a better choice and decision. Highly recommend the purchase of the wood stove fan. Warms up the house real well.

Columbia Housewarmers installed a new more efficient heading furnace in my 50 plus years old house. It was done professionally and quickly. My house is toasty warm.

I bought a wood stove from them in fall 2016 and they installed it. It has worked perfectly since. Every June, they come out and clean the chimney and stove, work gets done promptly and correctly. Nothing at all to complain about. Just great service and quality.

Was looking for a part and the lady at the counter had a man come out who brought me the part that they said I needed. Went home found out it was the wrong one and they would not return it
after selling me the wrong part that they said I needed.

It started with a very pleasant phone conversation with a polite 'phone answering lady (probably the owner)' - and ended with Adam arriving as scheduled, performing the chimney clean, WB stove clean and checking all for satisfactory operation. He was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Will call them again when the need arises.

About a year ago they sent 2 technicians to my house in Ocean Park, WA. and they did a service on my Quadra-Fire pellet stove and my gas( propane) fireplace insert. They worked just fine for about 2 days. Then my pellet stove stopped heating. I then started using my gas fireplace to heat my house but after a couple of days that quit working also. I received a bill in the mail about a week later but still haven't bothered to pay for a service call that clearly didn't work. I was interested in talking to them about upgrading my gas fireplace insert but not now.
