Hands down the best service we've recieved since we moved to Astoria. Our heat was not working and Ron came to take a look within hours of us calling... the day before Thanksgiving, nonetheless! He was thorough, honest, clean, professional and friendly. He will always have our business as long as we live here!

We had Dugan install a new heater 8 years ago. We have never had any problems with it, but a recent ice storm caused some electrical surges which fried the mother board. I was concerned we would be considered a new customer after so long, which he wasn't taking anymore, but that wasn't the case. Not only did he get back to us in just a couple of days, though his message said it could be a week, he fixed our issue the very same day amidst a demanding schedule. The part was covered by warranty, he worked quickly, and the price was perfect! Dugan went above and beyond our expectations... again. He's the best!

Caught him at his shop early one morning and explained my furnace problem. He followed me home, diagnosed furnace failure (24 years old) and we scheduled replacement one week later. Installation of new furnace went off without a hitch, no drama, and as promised, he showed up three days hence to make final adjustments. Transaction was as good as it gets.

I just bought a house and it had an old furnace that no longer was working and was a danger to my family. they took the old one out and installed a brand new system in a vary timely manor. I was really satisfied with the quick and hard work that was done.
