I made the call to DuVall and they were so helpful and were on time and on budget! The tech was clean cut and very professional and kept me up to date on the water heater replacement. He completed the project in the exact time he estimated that it would take. The next time I need a plumbing or HVAC repair, I will once again call DuVall!!!

I called today for new faucet and disposal install and Brandon arrived within a few hours.

Called on a Saturday for a leak in my yard, a call no one wants to have to make. But Duvall was responsive, communicative and got the job done at a fair price. I’m very impressed with the technician Kendall who came out. He came out after dark to fix the leak and he had a great attitude, was friendly and got the job done quickly and done right. I loved their communication, up front pricing, seems like a company with good values and ethics. I used to use a different plumbing company, but I’m now sold on being a Duvall customer.

Brandon Hagood was awesome! Went through my slab in the master closet and removed concrete and made a repair on a busted copper pipe. He also changed out some valves as well on some other items. This guy is super knowledgeable and knows exactly what he is doing! He is also a very hard worker and is fast as well. It is very hard to find someone that actually cares and does excellent quality work in today’s world.
I would highly recommend Duvall Plumbing and ask Brandon to do the repair.

Jude was very knowledgeable in identifying the burst pipe, replacing it, and coaching on another area of concern. He gave me options for the repair, which I appreciated. I did take the slightly more expensive fix, but feel it not only solved the problem but will keep it from happening again.

I was extremely impressed with the service I received from Duvall plumbing. Brandon was my service technician and I appreciated his personable and respectful communication skills. I found that he appeared to be very knowledgeable and explained things to give me a good base on which to make decisions. I will definitely call them if I need them again!

I had them come out and do the spring service on my hvac system. The crews who came out were all very professional and friendly. There was an issue that I called about and spoke with Eric, the HVAC supervisor who came out and took care of it personally. He made sure everything was up and running the way it should.

Hunter came and fix our water heater fast love the service and he was nice guy thanks Duval

Dylan and Zach at Duvall Plumbing saved Christmas for our family! They worked in the freezing temps to fix our broken pump so that we could get back up and running for Christmas. Really appreciate this responsive and quick team! Highly recommend!
