We had a great experience with Duvall plumbing. Brayden and Rick came out and were not only quick and efficient with fixing our problem, but we’re also so pleasant and respectful. Nothing but kind words for them and their work. Would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks again!

I felt a warm spot in the middle of my kitchen floor and had actually called a DIFFERENT plumbing company to help find the leak and give a quote to fix it. After spending $475 they located the leak, and gave me an outrageous fee to bust up my flooring and patch the pipe as well as an even more outrageous fee to reroute it.

I called a second plumber, who’s prices were a bit better but still outrageous and I was told he could re-route it with having a minimum of FOUR holes in my drywall.

Finally, I called Duval. Caleb came by in a timely manner, assessed the leak and the surroundings, and gave me the great news that he could re-route it, without having to bust up any concrete or put any holes in the walls at all AND at a much more reasonable price! He and his assistant were very professional and friendly. They took care of the job in ONE day.

I will refer everyone I know to Duval! Thank you so much!

Cayde & Rob came to help with toilet plumbing issues and to install a new faucet for me today. Such a great experience! They had me fixed in no time. I recently lost my longtime plumber due to an injury he had. I looked online and saw that Duvall had good reviews, so I decided it was time to try. I can't say enough about the people who helped me, from the nice person who answered the phone and booked the appointment (within 2 days, which was what I wanted) to the actual plumbers who fixed my issues and installed a new faucet. Great all the way around! Will certainly call them again when the need arises!

Very pleased with the quality, responsiveness, and fair cost. They were able to respond the same day, Scotty, our tech, was great at explaining and thorough about the job, courteous and professional.

Very pleased with Duvall plumbing. I have used them several times now since moving back. They always show up when they say they will, they offer options, they are upfront about the cost and they are fast and friendly. I have no doubt I will be using them going forward. Also they have great customer service people that take your calls and schedule.

The company provided an incorrect size tank on the initial installation, so they had to remove the equipment and return it to the shop to get a new one. After an un-install and re-install, they had dented our new pan. The tech discovered a need for a combustion line and failed to recognize this in the initial bid, so they comp the additional installation. The inspector came and the work failed inspection. Several days later, we returned home, and our floor vents were flooded, and ceilings and carpet were wet due to a water line leak. We called for an emergency repair from Duvall and they sent a tech and discovered that the HOT line was installed incorrectly from the new PEX to the old copper and then we contacted the company the next day to discuss next steps. At this point, we were riddled with restoration and installation issues to address. Duvall FAILED to recognize the fix that the installation needed. The install failed to pass inspection twice.

The company did pay for the repair of the walls and carpet; however, they failed to compensate housing and inconvenience due to no pre-authorization of “alternate living arrangements”. I don’t know why Duvall thinks anyone would want to be in a home that is not habitable. As there was DUST and CHEMICAL odor throughout the house. As if that wasn’t enough, per the restoration company, we had to turn on the heat to accelerate the drying process and dry out the flooded vents. Who should stay in a home in this summer heat with the HEAT on? Apparently, here at Duvall, they think you should. The total time from the initial installation to the restoration company drying out the wood, it took NINE days. During this entire time, the company NEVER reached out or asked whether we had any needs they could accommodate. From installation to customer service, it was handled extremely POOR with incompetence and negligence.

Sure, if the installation went great, it wouldn’t be an issue. However, should ANY mishaps occur during or due to poor installation from Duvall's inexperienced techs, this company is as horrible as it comes.

6 months ago I called for a quote about replacing the water heater. The guy showed up about an hour late spend 5 minutes looking at everything hit me with a quote and left. Told me I needed to find an electrician to test the circuit or some thing. The guy couldn’t even make sure I understood what I needed the electrician to do. Today they is first time they called to ask if I’ve found an electrician yet. No…. Cause those contractors are as responsive as Duvall is. So they lost the job not because of their bid price or anything else but simply because they’re too apathetic to have a working relationship with an electrician. If you choose this company be prepared to relentlessly follow up cause they’re not going to.

Hunter knew exactly what to look for to solve the problem as soon as he got to our house. He worked quick and answered every question we asked while he was working on the repair. 10/10 recommend!!!!!
