Scotty and Casey came out to work on a leak in our front yard. They were super quick and knew exactly what they needed to get done. They were patient and explained everything to me and answered all of my questions! The pricing was exactly what they said it would be. Also made sure to turn my water back on. Thanks for helping us! Hunter was our technician and he is the man! Showed up within 30 minutes of calling and was able to accurately identify the source of our hot water not working. Went out and looked around the house (in the dark) looking through multiple vents into our crawl space to locate the busted pipe and promptly shut off the water going through that pipe after checking our water meter and advising our water bill will be outrageous if we don’t shut it off. Wish there were more techs out there like him. Showing up in a timely manner and getting the job done goes a long way. Give this man a raise!

Duvall is now our “go to” for all of our plumbing problems. We have been fortunate to get Hunter both times we have used Duvall and he has gone above and beyond to make sure our problem was fixed and at a fair price. Definitely recommend!

We had other companies come out and give us a quote, that they didn’t put any effort into actually finding the the issue. Duvall came out and found the issue and worked in getting us fixed on the plumbing side and setup for the hvac side. Lester and Carter were the 2 gentlemen that came out for the plumbing side. They were very professional, cleaned up the space they worked in and worked quickly to resolve our leak. Showed me pictures of the leak and how he fixed it. I am overly happy that we used this company and will continuing future business with them.

Devante was great to work with! He was able to get our leak repaired quickly without invasive slab work and it was much less costly for us than originally anticipated! Thanks DuVall plumbing for getting the job done quickly and coming out to diagnose on a holiday weekend.

I've used duvall 3 times now and have been amazed each time! My last repair I called and spoke to the receptionist and literally had someone at my house in 30 minutes. I had a 2 leaking shut off valves that needed to be replaced, Rick and Braden were they 2 men that showed up had it fixed in no time. They were very friendly, and professional, definitely will use again!

Earlier tonight, both my toilet clogged and the tubs were filling with water. I called Duvall and within 30 minutes they had someone at my house. Kendall immediately knew what was wrong and fixed it. He had an amazing attitude (especially for how late it was) and was extremely professional. If I ever have to call a plumber again, it will definitely be Duvall! Thanks for your help Kendall!

Casey and Scott were AMAZING!! Very professional, clean, stayed on task and knowledgeable. They both were very respectful and went through my whole system for inspection. Best of the best!! Will call again if anymore issues or questions!
