Rick, Nate, Mike and the young apprentice showed up on time and started work immediately. Replaced my entire heating and air system having cold air blowing after about 3 hours. Later that day after leaving I received a call from Nate to make sure everything was still working. You can’t hire a better company or group of guys!! Plus Nate has a pretty sweet mullet!!

A truly Professional Company. Nate called, plus the company text and e-mailed me to make sure I was aware they were on their way to my home. I was needing my Thermostat replaced so it was done on this Visit. I purchased the Annual check up plan for my Heat and Air to be checked out to catch any issues up front. Cool Down Mechanical saved us when my ac quit during 100° heat. Other companies told us they couldn't come out for 5-7 days. Nate came out that day, had the part needed on his truck, and had my unit fixed and running within an hour. He is personable, knowledgeable and professional. He will make sure everything is in proper working order before he leaves. He goes above and beyond. Prices are very reasonable. Cool Down Mechanical is my heat/air company from now on.

It would be nice if when I emailed and inquired about services and questions, that I'd hear back from someone. 🤷‍♂️

We have had issues with one of our Heat pump units since we bought our home in 2015. We purchased a home warranty company when we bought the house, so we have seen many different companies over the years. Cool Down Mechanical was hired by us and has proven to know their stuff! Rick and his crew showed up around 0900 pm to diagnose the problem. Rick ordered the part the next day and had it expressed shipped. Rick quoted me a price and the job actually was completed for less than what was quoted. Very professional and took the time to answer all my questions I asked him. Rick came out and looked at our unit he was completely honest with us on what it would cost to fix it or replace it since it wouldn’t last much longer even if fixed! He gave us a quote for an entire new system for our two story house within a day and He came out a few days later to install everything. He was done within a few hours the system runs great my house is nice and cold and the best part is my electric bill has been cut in half!
