Called yesterday and had an appointment the next morning! On time. Very responsive. Very thorough. Very professional. Very respectful. Cleaned up after himself and previous repairmen.We are very pleased! He’s coming back in the fall to service the heaters. 10/10 recommend.

I work here in Claremore at one of the industries, on the North side of town. I contacted Cool Down Mechanical. They were on time the next morning as directed. Did a GREAT job for me and have set them up as a permanent vendor at our facility.

Cool Down Mechanical fixed my A/C as quick as they could. When Tulsa companies were telling me a week before they could even come diagnose the problem, Cool Down was out the same day and fixed my problem as fast as was possible. The man they sent to fix out AC was incredible! He was so friendly and knowledgeable. He made it to my house earlier than expected and had it fixed in no time at all. Very happy with this company and I will definitely be recommending to everyone.
