Ace Air Inc

Another company told me the A/C motor was blown. Said he called around and couldn't find a motor. $1,900 for a new unit, or $7,000 to replace unit, coil and furnace. I called out Ace Air. They tested the unit and found the contact switch was bad. $180 later and I'm fixed. No problem with motor - and Ace Air had replacement motors on their truck. Always call at least 3 companies to come look at a problem. You'll be surprised what you hear... Make sure Ace is one of them!

A gentleman from Ace Air came out to my house today to work on my A/C unit. I have to say gentleman because he never introduced himself. He finished up work in the attic replacing the blower motor. He then said he was going to go out and check the outside unit. He was outside for a bit, came back in and then was back outside. I could see him doing something with the outside unit. A few minutes go by and I haven’t seen him at the unit anymore. I go to look out front and he’s just gone. Never said he was finished or anything. Just left. I think this is very rude and it’s poor customer service.

Charley and Ryan did an excellent job installing my AC. They were courteous and very professional. They worked efficiently as a team to get the job done.

I would like to give a shout out to Terrance and Shane for fixing my AC. Both of these gentlemen answered any and all questions and where very thorough with the work that they did!!! I will be recommending Ace Air to everyone!!!

I have used Ace Air for 13+ years! I call them for everything-my home and office-even though neither are in Sapulpa. I can always count on fairness and honesty when I call Ace Air!

I just had Ace out to the house to see why the air conditioner was freezing up. Derick was a perfect professional and found and addressed the issue quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys work on Chillers!!! Gary is the best! Every worker he has sent has been so polite and nice. Everyone is very knowledge and they answered my questions every time.

Don't waste your time with this place. Instead of trying to fix the problem they want to sell you new equipment. They claim to be a "Trane dealer and pride ourselves in being Trane Comfort Specialists" yet my Trane system was too complicated for them to diagnose and fix so they tried to sell me new equipment. The owner couldn't even be bothered to call me.

Prompt Service and Friendly Staff. They installed a second HVAC system on our house and repaired our old system. Our utility bills are down and our house have never been more comfortable!
