I found Ace Air on google and expected the normal run-around when I called to get my heater repaired. This group is definitely not ordinary. They were extremely responsive and organized. This was my first experience with Ace, but it is apparent that this group is very well managed.
I was having some bad experiences with my go to repair company, so I decided to give Ace Air Inc. a call. Justin came out the located and fixed the problem with my heater that the other company couldn’t do in two visits. Later my air quit working and Eli came out and fixed that problem. He told me that my system was on its last leg, it was over twenty years old. He said that it had lived a good life. Last week it finally died. I called another outfit, just to get a quote as a go-by. When Paul showed up he looked at the quote and said he could beat it. The nice thing was that it was going to be another Trane system like the one I had. On Tuesday at 8:30am, Terrance and Brian showed up and started to work. It was one of those record cold days, and they said they wanted us to have heat that night. They worked until 8:00pm and we had heat. They finished up the job the next day in what they called "record time" and we are completely satisfied. Every one of Ace Air employees is totally professional and my only regret is that I didn’t start using them years earlier. Now that I have a completely new system, I will probably never see any of them again. But if any one asks me, “Ace Air Inc is the only company in town”!
We have been using this company for several years and they are great. The guys that come out to service our heater/air conditioner do a good job and are super nice. If anything needs to be addressed they fully explain everything. I would highly recommend this company.
Ace Air has been servicing my Trane unit for a few years. They are honest, timely, and provide excellent customer service. Sometimes I felt the big companies were pushing me towards unneeded repairs, but have not felt that way about Ace Air.
Before I used them I had a company come “fix” my heater, but they just disconnected something to make it work. Ace Air came out for a maintenance service call, noticed the patch repair the other company did and did a permanent repair.
Our air stopped working at 6:30 pm on Sunday ( today). I called Ace Air in Sapulpa and a technician arrived within an hour and fixed the problem promptly and very professionally. Very reasonable rate and courteous serviceman. I will recommend this company anytime! Debbie

I called Ace Air to come out when my AC stopped cooling. After I scheduled the appointment, but before they arrived, the AC resumed normal function. On May 12, they came out, and couldn't find any reason this was happening. However, they found that the AC was overcharged, and removed the excess pressure from the system. At the end of the visit, they said if it happened again, call them within 30 days, and their service would be warrantied. They did not, however, identify the cause of the non-cooling unit on this trip.
Three weeks later, the same issue happened. I called, rescheduled a technician, and they came out. Upon inspection, they changed our air filter, and cleaned the unit outside (we have a Dogwood Tree close by).
Three days later, they billed us in full for the second trip. Since I assumed that the service was under the 30-day window, and therefore covered under warranty, I emailed the company to inquire about the terms of the 30 days. I never heard a reply. Two weeks later, I emailed again. Again, no reply.
Finally, I called the company, and spoke with a woman. I explained my question ("I thought that the diagnostic fee would be covered under the warranty terms, especially since it was within the 30-days, and since there was no diagnosis on the first visit.") The woman said she'd speak with the owner, and call me back.
This morning, the technician called me back. He explained that since the 'conditions' had changed since his first visit (he referenced both the filter and the dogwood), that it was another diagnostic fee. I explained that, since he admittedly did not diagnose the issue on his first visit, the second diagnostic charge does not sound fair. And, since they did not reply to various email inquiries, they do not seem open handed about how they're dealing with the customer. The technician replied that after speaking with the other, they both feel that charge is fair. I responded "well, I'm glad you feel that way".
The diagnostic fee is minimal ($75). However, I feel this company avoided transparency and misled the terms of the 30-day warranty. I have given then a chance to address my concerns, and they did not. Therefore, over $75, I will not use this company for future HVAC service.

They sent out two different companies and the last one didn't even know what refrigerant they were putting in our unit. I knew I needed to call Ace Air to get the unit repaired correctly. The tech showed up when he said he would and was very helpful in answering my husband's questions. The repair was completed and unfortunately for us, the 15 year old unit was at the end of its lifespan. Ace Air came back out and went over all our options to replace the unit. They helped set up the financing and we had a new unit within a week. I absolutely love the new unit and our penguin habitat!
