I am on a monthly payment plan to get routine maintenance on my HVAC. This is a great service. My service person notified me he was on the way. He wore shoe covers when he was in the house. He was polite and he was very helpful with the HVAC system. He informed me that there was a problem and he called the office to get it scheduled. He then came to my door to let me know when it was scheduled. That was nice.

I've been with Air Solutions for several, several years now and they have been there for me every time I had needed them! Their service people are the best and they will continue to keep me as a customer! Thank you Air Solutions. Woke up freezing cold - they had my house warm within 3 hours of calling them. They noticed a major issue (thermostat only turning on emergency heat, not heat pump). They fixed the issue and it will save me thousands of dollars per year. Excellent service, very knowledgeable staff.

I have used Air Solutions for about five years. They have been clean, professional and experienced for all of my needs. I needed some plumbing work done so I contacted them. The Technician they sent me was named Eric. We went over everything I needed done. He was right on it. He had to get a part. When he returned, he went right to work on my toilet. Had to shave some concrete so that the toilet was level and seated securely. There was zero mess for me to clean up! He did an outstanding job.
Little wordy, but I can't say enough about the quality of service. And, I wanted to share his expertise in performance of the task at hand.

Keith replaced our thermostat and repaired our old A/C unit. He was professional, friendly, and honest. He told us we needed 2 pounds of gas and how much it would cost but then told us it only required a pound and a half and charged us less. I highly recommend this company and this tech

We have used this company for 8 years, and because the technicians are knowledgeable and well trained we are always satisfied. We are members of the Green Club and would highly recommend this service. This year Nick came to service our air conditioner. He was able to fix the thermostat and service the system. He was very efficient, and we would recommend this company because they do a great job.

Called Air Solutions to help figure out an issue with our gas fireplace. The tech was very prompt and friendly. Helped us troubleshoot some things and identify other issues that'll need to be addressed. Very happy with their service.
