It was a Monday morning at 7:30am I called to get someone to come out and look at our hot water heater that had quit. Tech was here by 9:00am to look at it saw we would have to special order parts to fix what was needed. We decided to replace unit with new one and he had to run get unit came back and was done with job by noon. Highy recommend them for service.

Paul was professional took his time and spent 2 1\2 hours. Explain everything so I could under what he was doing and made the A\C Unit run better.

I had Air Solutions out for an overall maintenance checkup.

The technician's name was Brent. He was friendly and responsive. I wish he would have been a little more careful about certain aspects of the work.

However, I would use Air Solutions and Brent again.

Got different answers on 3 separate visits., 3 guys.

These guys are awesome! I will use them again. They answered the phone, call me back right away, very efficient and cost effective, plus very friendly and fix not only hot water tanks, electric, heaters, ac, and water filtration systems
