The two gentlemen were professional, knowledgeable, and patient in explaining the work needed, how it would be done, and how much it would cost. They addressed all our concerns and made us feel that they cared about getting us the best service scheduled at the fairest price. We are looking forward to the crew arriving on Monday to get the project underway.

Technician Ed Rhody was friendly, efficient and did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem and getting it done. He is very knowledgeable and knows how to do the job and does it. Been a customer of Air Solutions for over 5 years and have never had a problem with services rendered.

Did a great job and were fast. Called yesterday to get them out to do an estimate for some water heater work. They got us in first thing this morning. We had them go ahead and do the repairs and they had it done in just a few hours. Very professional.

Woke up to a 65 degree house this morning & learned my heater was short cycling. I googled then chose Air Solutions bc they were located nearby & were able to get to me the same day. I called @ 10:30 & was told a tech would be assigned as one was available.
I got an email & a text w their photo prior to their arrival & a customer service rep called me to verify as well.
Seth arrived promptly, was masked when I opened the door & has his tablet ready with my issue. He was able to diagnose the issue within a few minutes & explained to me what was causing the issue & what would have to be done to fix it. Unfortunately, the part needed could not be acquired until Monday as it's a Friday @ 5, this was beyond his control.
He was kind about the fact my kitties were very interested in what he was doing 😹 A great customer service experience & a tech I felt I can trust.

I do not recommend this business. They charged me nearly $600 and did shoddy work. The tech ran wires externally and on the top of the condenser. This is a shocking hazard. I have small children who can easily reach these exposed wires. I called right after the tech left and asked for him to come back to fix the issue. The lady who answered my call said someone would be right out. No one showed up. No one returned my call.

I not mention names for privacy reason but they sent a guy out and he was a super cool guy and was pretty straight up with me and just told me how things were and payed out my options. No pressure in any direction. Very honest, way better than the last company I felt with. Everything went pretty smooth and their prices are honestly pretty reasonable. I probably won’t go anywhere else for HVAC work as long as I live here.

Called 4 local companies and Air Solutions was the only one to answer or return my call. They were out within a couple of hours and had a minor wiring issue with my AC fixed. Jose was very respectful and courteous while getting the job done quickly. Thank You!

I would have rated Air Solutions higher, but, my experience with the previous technician did not leave a positive impression with me.

Very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. The two young service technicians fixed the lighting fixtures in the kitchen. Replaced the wall electrical socket in the patio. Made sure everything was working, cleared area and made sure area worked was left cleaned. And the very best part is the cost was very reasonable. Very conscious with us. We are senor citizens. Wore their masks. Were awared
of our risks with Covid-19. We are so grateful and very proud of these two young men. Thank you Caleb and company. We will forever use your service. Stay Strong. Stay Safe.
