Sent them a quote request on Friday, Zach came out and did a walk through inspection on Monday, installed the system on Wednesday. Great price, great service-totally satisfied.

When TradePros installed the new A/C unit it did not cool down. They were back the following day to complete the furnace installation & kept working until they found & fixed the problem with the A/C unit. So glad to have A/C in the main part of the house again. Very professional technicians & cared to be sure they had the unit working properly.

Had two rooms that were subject to the season (eg hot summer and cold in winter). Each room had an outside facing wall with large windows.

I had tried a few things to try and solve the problem: added ceiling fans, tinted windows, and added insulation in the attic. Finally, someone observed the AC vents were by the room entry when they should have been by the windows to offset them.

I struggled getting someone to redesign vent/ductwork until I called them. They came out for a free quote and Zach was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I had gotten a couple of quotes with different ideas and he was open to discussing things that were brought to my attention.

They installed the same week. Two things that stood out are I had telework training and I could barely tell they were in the house working. Second, I needed an air intake to a room and instead of installing a big ugly intake it was much smaller making the room aesthetics looking good.

Some other companies I tried:
-Above and Beyond Heating and Cooling: they wouldn’t come out and give me a quote or explore the issue. To their credit, it was August and they said even if there was an issue they couldn’t do attic work until fall.

-Interstate Heating & Air Conditioning: I liked them! Two cons were they charged a $90 fee for the review and quote. To their credit they said it could be applied to the final bill. Overall, I just liked Zach with trade pros a little more. He was more personable and knowledgeable to me. If trade pros wouldn’t have done the work, I would have gone with this company probably. Again, given their speed with scheduling and implementation, their professionalism, and the attention to detail with the air intake…..hands down to go with TradePros.

-Bowen Heating and Air: I had them service my AC and to their credit they were the first to mention a solution could be moving the vents. I was unable to get a quote from them for the duct work though. Also, after the service my condensation pump went out and I had some water damage. Could have just been a coincidence. I noticed some gunk in the old pump so I’m a little suspicious the lines were cleaned/blown and some things went into pump clogging it. Again, could have been coincidence. Yet, that + I kept reaching out for the duct work quote with no follow up. I would have preferred they just said not interested in that job if they didn’t want to do it. So I won’t use them again.

Great guys, most places I called weren't even Interested in installing my system because it was their busy season and I guess my install wasn't expensive enough for them but these guys got me up and running in no time for a great price.

Extremely pleased with service and technician, Justin, was on time and respectful. In the past I used a different company and was not happy with their service or techs, at all. I will be using Tradepros from now on!
