Highly recommend Trade Pros. They got out to our house quickly and on time, diagnosed the issue and had our system back up and running within 12 hours of our call. Will definitely call them for our future HVAC maintenance and repairs.

Curtis was absolutely amazing! All it took was one call and he was at my house fixing the problem. I couldn’t ask for better quality service. Both him and the other gentleman he was with were respectful, fast, and always informing me and my spouse what they were doing. Third times a charm! I asked trade pros out after I had two other companies come out to fix my heater that no one could figure out why was failing. They came out and finished the job and the heater is working again finally!

My experience with TradePros was fantastic. We'd already tried to work with two technicians from different companies prior to contacting TradePros. One of them misdiagnosed the problem, told us to order parts then was no longer able to be contacted, while the other didn't show up to a scheduled appointment. Working with TradePros was such a change for the better. I set up the appointment the day of, Zach came out exactly on time, identified the problem, gave us some options, we picked one, and then he fixed it same day. I highly recommend working with TradePros.

TradePros has impressed me, which is hard to do! Although they are not ‘perfect’ (who is?), they are professional, ethical, thorough, responsive, and go the extra mile!

In January, I bought a two-story condo knowing I’d need to replace the HVAC system. So, I immediately started contacting heat and air companies. Rather than just replace the old system like the other companies quoted, TradePros (specifically Kerry) carefully listened to the issues, problem solved, designed, and personally oversaw the March installation that fixed the problems!!! Here are some examples of their quality…

1. The old system was not able to maintain the same temperature upstairs and downstairs. Part of the solution was moving the unit into the attic so there was enough space for an automated by-pass damper. I now have the same temperature throughout my condo, for the most part (in extreme heat there has been an expected 1-2 degree difference).

2. They added attic insulation and helped me get the OGE rebate. They devised and installed venting solutions for my upstairs dryer (so it can be cleaned annually from inside instead of the roof) and my downstairs range (rather than exhausting to interior wall/ceiling space).

3. Kerry allowed me to be detail oriented, without treating me like I was a bother. He welcomed input and treated me like a partner in the process. For example, he ensured that everything discussed was added to the contract/invoice, so to ensure we were on the same page and that everything was completed as agreed upon.

4. During the install process, some sheetrock was damaged. They took the initiative to hire a handyman service to fix it and followed-up to ensure it was completed to my satisfaction.

5. The entire crew was friendly and helpful. One day Jaime was in the attic and found an envelope with $300. He brought it to me and I contacted the seller who said they had looked everywhere for the $300 that their deceased mother had said was there. They never thought to look in the attic!

In May, or so when it was warmer, they came back to recalibrate the air conditioner to maximize the cooling.

In October, they came out because the air conditioner wasn’t working as expected and it was time for seasonal maintenance on the furnace. They discovered an error in their installation welding. Unfortunately, there was a delay in getting someone out to fix it but it was repaired. It just reminded me that we all make mistakes and we need to be a friendly advocate for ourselves.

I recommend TradePros without hesitation. I heard of and experienced several instances in which management sets a high expectation, while taking care of their crew. In return, the crew takes great care of the customer!
