Justin came out and repaired our AC and was friendly, efficient and clean. Any time I’ve called TradePros it’s been easy conversation and they got the job done.

(6/13/23) Update!! I got a nice call from Chris today. He informed me that I would not be charged. They were going to void the check I sent in, AND, they were going to have a follow up service call to ensure everything was as good as new. I was very happy that they took the effort to work with me. They have earned my respect!!

(6/12/23) I want to give this company a higher rate but as of now things are not going well. I bought a brand new unit and had it installed approximately 18 months ago and today I just paid $450 to have the motor in the condenser replaced because the bearings had gone out. Parts were covered by warranty but I got charged for labor. I upgraded to TradePros because I thought they had a better reputation than the others out there. And even now the new motor sounds a bit odd. Even the repairman indicated it may not be sounding exactly as it should either. Hopefully someone will follow up with me!

They are very nice and helped me when my heater went out and it was about to be super cold outside!! Great company!!

Our heater broke on the first cold weekend of the season and trade pros came out and got us fixed right up! It’s been running great ever since. Very friendly and professional! I will be using them for any issues in the future.

The company installed the HVAC ok but when cold air (near winter) came thru the vent we asked them to come out, they did not saying outside temp too cold, said I canceled it, maybe one can but they did not fix it, then on a prior call they missed fixing a rubber line cover and a leaking valve, I do not trust this firm, had to abandon their 3 year manual warranty, cannot risk these losses so had to take on the future cost but hardware is covered. Check your companies by references before starting work

They do good work at a very competitive price. Was pleased with the financing options as well which they will assist with.

Technician came out the same day, diagnosed problem & brought parts the next morning and replaced parts within an hour. Very friendly, helpful & professional.
