They came out super fast! Jason was GREAT! He cleaned up when he was done! So many contractors leave a mess for the homeowner to clean. He was knowledgeable and I would absolutely recommend. 5 stars!

Great company! Had an issue with the AC unit and they were able to fit us in the next day. Justin was incredibly friendly and showed up exactly when he said he would.
Highly recommend.

Update: There was a mistake with the billing that they 100% corrected the next businesses day. I appreciate the fast response and professional job. I admire a company that does what they say and takes responsibility and understanding as important factors in their business. I am updating my review to five stars but I will leave the old one just for posterity. Thank you very much!

Old review:
The lady on the phone said that it was $125 fee just for showing up and assessing the repair on a Saturday, which was totally fine. However she made it sound like that might also cover the whole visit if the repair was simple enough. She never mentioned the $205 an hour.

The guy who came out was great and did an amazing job and fixed a small issue where the insulation had fallen off and was blocking the vent. We glued it back and screwed the insolation to the wall so it wouldn't fall again. That simple repair cost a total of $535. O...O

If I had known up front that they also charged hourly at $205 I would have paid the $125 and done this simple repair myself. At max I expected $75 an hour as I am close by their office and already paid the $125 to show. Very dissatisfied with the price.

When my air conditioner stopped working, I called for an estimate. Trade pros came to my home in just a few hours to diagnose the problem.

After finding out my unit was old and needed to be replaced, I was met with a fair price point on a new outside unit.

Trade pros was at my home the next day on the scheduled time. They were professional, courteous, and they went above and beyond to meet my expectations.

After doing business with this company, I will be a customer for life!

We had 4 different groups out to our house to give us estimates. The other 3 company’s were trying to upsell us on bigger units than we needed. They were up front with us. Explained what we needed. Even went home and they did some checking to make sure what they were going to sell us was what we needed.
The day of install they were on time. Very professional. Let me know when they left for lunch and also were done with the install in the time frame they gave us. Cleaned up after themselves made sure we knew how to run our brand new system made sure we were comfortable with everything.
Everything works great looks great ! Also had no problems sending me the tax rebate info and helping me with all of that as well.

Trade Pros was super great to work with. They did tune ups on 3 units and repair work on 1, everything was done in a timely and professional manner and I’m very happy with the company and results. Will definitely call Trade Pros again!

I heard about Trade Pros All Star Service Program at the Garden Show. Kyle performed my first Bi-Annual Maintenance today. He explained all, he answered all questions, and overall he is a very friendly and knowledgeable individual. He then explained all he noted about the system. I highly recommend this program, very thorough and efficient service performed!

Fantastic people to work with. They bent over backwards to make me happy. The job was much more difficult than anticipated, but they spent extra time to work things out and make the installation a big success without extra costs. I highly recommend them.
