Hibdon's Heat and Air

Great work by both Kevin the phone service rep and Mike the service Tech. Kevin was nice to chat with and took care of setting up an appointment ASAP. Mike came in and did the job of fixing the A/C. Very professional and down to earth. The A/C unit is now blowing out snow...just kidding but would recommend Hibdon's Heat and Air for their service and their staff. Scott on and thanks for finding the "key" Mike!

Pernell came out to our residence the same day we requested Hibdon Heat and Air.He was very helpful in explaining the problem, offered advice for the fiture had excellent customer service, and fixed it in no time. Definitely 10/10 service. I would recommend Hibdon Heat and Air any day of the week!

I was having issues with my a.c. blowing weak/warm air. I called the company at 10am and had a technician at my house at 4 pm. The person I spoke with over the phone was helpful and professional. I was sent a text with my technician's name and picture which I thought was cool. I was even given the ability to track him to see how far he was from my house. Mike showed up and did a heck of a job. He explained everything he was doing, showed me what he was doing and explained why he was doing it. Mike was very knowledgeable and took his time but worked with a sense of urgency. He gave me long term and short term resolutions for my issue. I would definitely recommend this technician/company. Once again, thanks Mike!

Mike was an outstanding guy! He was prompt and understanding of our situation. He looked out for our best interest as new home owners and was incredibly knowledgeable. He was able to put a bandaid on the old unit and get us set up for the new one. It couldn’t have gone any better!

Came quickly after I called and requested a repair on a Friday night. Extremely professional and thorough. Very impressed with the timely manner work was done and appreciate that what was moved was moved back. Will use again in future.

Pernell, the service man came right on time and was very nice and he went right to work on my air conditioner system. He cleaned and serviced very thoroughly. I didn't know they would also check the heater, which was in the attic. He helped me move the boxes that were in the way of opening the attic access. I am very pleased and would recommend Hibdon Heat and Air to everyone.

The company responded professionally and quickly to my issue. They led me through the process and made me feel assured that I was getting a good value. Mostly I felt as though I was getting reasonable answers to my questions. I would highly recommend!

We had our upstairs heat go out in the middle of the day and the temperature quickly rose to 90 degrees inside! Hibdons had someone over on a Saturday night at 8pm to ensure we had a cool home to sleep in. Their technician was amazing, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Hibdons made the whole process so smooth and easy! You can tell they genuinely care about their customers which is rare these days. Can’t say enough good things about Hibdons!

Peyton Chapo was amazing. He walked me through everything he was doing and keep me in the loop with the problem and how to avoid it from happening again. Definitely would use this guys again 10/10
