Alex at Hibdon is an absolute expert! We had a different company out first to assess our AC issues…they charged too much, and didn’t fix the issue…Alex came out, diagnosed the issue immediately…and we’re we’re up and running quick! I’ll use them every time.

We contacted 8 different hvac companies to replace our entire AC and hibdons was by far the worst experience of them all.

First of all, Hibdons was 2 hours late to their time-specific appointment with us.

Second of all, the gentleman looked at our unit for a few minutes, then tells us he will just email is a PDF with information for a new AC. He seemed to have no interest in sitting down and discussing what we needed. Then I asked him if he has my email, he said yes.

I said, "which one"

He looks at his IPAD and then said "oh wait, I don't have an email for you." (I expected this because they never asked for my email on the phone when I made the appointment.)

Then, he takes my email and leaves.

It's been 2 weeks and he has still not sent me any PDF with cost of a new AC.

So, not only were they very late, but they never even got back to me, ever.

I reccomend any other company you can find.

I've used them before at my house to fix a leak and recharge my AC. They was very honest and did a great job. I called them again to see if they would take care of my mother who is elderly. They came out quick and helped her out. She was extremely pleased with thier service. Great job to everyone at Hibdons heat and air.

Very happy with service. They were able to get me scheduled same day. Not only was Alex on time, but called to come early. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I like that once he called, he texted a picture of himself so I knew who would be coming. I would definitely recommend Hibdon’s Heat and Air!!!

My tenants called to inform me that the system was not cooling. Hibdon Heat and Air was the only local service that responded to my call. And was openly willing to come to my home over the weekend. I liked the fact that the technician being sent to help me personally contacted me in advanced. Let me know his estimated time of arrival. He was very professional and when communicating with me. Gave me his analysis on what was wrong. Kept me updated about the steps being taken. The time for which it took to complete the task at hand was very quick. We needed a full AC and furnace replacement when ours broke and the Hibdon team did an excellent job. Mike and Skyler were able to quickly get a new AC and furnace installed and provided expert advice throughout the process. I have used a few HVAC companies since I moved to Oklahoma City in 1990. I have had the displeasure of working with a certain business that advertises heavily on television that told me I needed to replace my entire unit when three other companies suggested that I only needed freon. The technician, Alex, explained everything in great detail and gave me a very reasonable price compared to the other bids I received. I was honestly blown away by the quality of work for the price, and I will no longer call anyone else. I appreciate the honesty more than anything, and I will no longer be calling anyone else for a bid. Highly recommended

Chad and his crew, Hunter, Brandon and Zach were phenomenal. We did a flip with a new 5 ton heat and air system in the attic. They were very informative on the progress as it was installed. We are so grateful to have found this company! If I could, I would give them 10 stars.
